Four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the option of one double bedroom and bathroom being fully lockable and private with its own front door street access should it be required. Master Bedroom: King size bed, 18" TV. Master Bath: Oval tub/shower, single basin, WC, hairdryer. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, double closet. Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, double closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, double closet. Lounge: 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 24" TV, DVD player, patio doors to grass area. Dining: Seats 6. Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with two bar stools. Utility Area: with washing machine and dryer. Travel cot with changer provided (no linen).
I wad not happy about the $22 fee the community charges once you check in. There is nothing once your booking that informs the customer of that charge. It was also far from the park.
thanks for the comments, extra fees are informed to the guest by the booking agent or at check-out when purchasing your stay if booking via the website, we are sorry this was not made clear to you when you reserved this Regal Palms townhome, they do charge $10.00 per day plus tax resort fee and this is payable directly to Regal Palms Resort and spa at check-in.
The place was ok; the refrigerator was not working and we had nobody to contact since it wasn't an emergency. Too many rules to follow. The location was so far away from the parks and other places that next time I'll stay in a hotel just for that. A photo of the actual house was never available to us and they never told us about the cleaning charge which should have been charged at the beginning not one day before we arrived which was too late to cancel the reservation. I don't think I'll stay here again.
We appreciate your comments, a fridge not working is considered an emergency and our emergency line is available 24 hours a day so I wish you would have called us when you arrived as we could have gone and checked fridge and if necessary moved you to another unit. Regal Palms Resort and Spa has many shops and restaurants nearby, Publix Supermarket along with Applebees, Kumo Japanese, a bakey, chinese and Mia's pizza as well as an english pub are literally at the entrance to this resort so 1/4 or less from the clubhouse at Regal Palms. Just less than 3 miles North there is a Super Walmart open 24 hours as well as many restaurants including Chili's, Santa Fe and a lot of fast food ones as well. 8 miles south of Regal Palms there is an entire shopping complex including JC Penney, Target, Dollar Tree and many other stores as well as more restaurants. Disney's Animal Kingdom is the closest park only 15 minutes away and the rest of the Disney parks just a few minute more. I am sorry you felt
Our Trip started out with a lengthy delay at the airport. Once we arrived in Orlando we hopped in our car to our townhouse. I was impressed with the easy to follow instructions that were provided by the resort staff. Once I opened the door, I was in aww. The kids said, "mom, you shoudve seen your face!" I really enjoyed the home. There was enough room for us not to be on top of eachother for a whole week. The pool ammenities were the icing on the cake. We will all be back next year!!

Dont ever rent from here, The place was aweful, dirty beyond compare, you are out in the the middle of no where, this is not a resort, this is old condos rented by individual owners and not taken care of at all. There is a pool 2 miles from the condo, you need a car to get there, no room service if you need something front desk tells you contact eagle mgt, and you my as well call china you would get a better response, I left 2 hours after walking in the place and had to rent a villa from another place, if you want to start your vacation off right, start by not renting from here.This is by no means a vacation spot, Dont rent from here. I am telling you the truth .
The particular unit we stayed in was terrible. The carpet was filthy, comforter and sheets were very dirty and there were roaches. There were also pen marks all over the walls. We called to complain to Eagle management and they said the comforters are only cleaned every 3 months! Gross!!! They did pick up the comforters and washed them because we requested so. Regal Palms does have some nice units, but the one we stayed in that is managed by Eagle was terrible. We started to just leave.
Thanks for the comments, like hotels comforters are not washed on every rental. Sheets do get washed prior to each guest arrival. This resort also does pest control so any sign of insects they will stop by and spray as quickly as they can. We have still washed the comforters upon request because we wanted to make the guest happy. All units in Regal Palms and individually owned and like pool homes they all have different amenities.
THE VILLA LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PICTURES THAT WERE SHOWN ON THE WEB. MY SON,WIFE AND TWO CHILDREN USED THE UPSTAIRS 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHS. WE STAYED IN THE BEDROOM DOWNSTAIRS WITH A FULL BATHROOM. THE POOL WAS HEATED AT THE RESORT, WITH A HOT TUB, IT WAS A "BEAUTIFUL" AREA FOR FAMILIES,I ENJOYED THE POOL AND LAZY RIVER THE BEST ALONG WITH MY FAMILY. THE STAFF AT EAGLE MANAGEMENT WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND HELPFUL. THE BEDS WERE FIRMER THAN I AM USED TO, BUT OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC. GROCERY STORE WALKING DISTANCE. ENJOY!
