4 bed Courtyard Villa in Tuscan Hills Resort. 2 story, 3.5 bathrooms, private pool and spa with 2 master en-suite bedrooms. King size bed in master bedroom #1 with patio doors to pool area, bathroom has 2 basins, shower, WC. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed, en-suite bathroom has garden tub, shower, single basin, WC. Bedrooms # 3 & #4 both have Twin beds.
The unit was very clean and plenty of room for our group of 7. We had requested a crock pot and it was there new in a box when we arrived. We needed internet access and I had called and was told it was open access; it was not. We had to get a password and then could only get a good signal by sitting on the floor in the hall. Also we assumed pool towels would be provided and only 6 were provided as we were told that is up to the owner to provide them or not. We were surprised that we needed to purchase toilet paper when refills were needed. The pool was great and kitchen had plenty of dishes. Again, the unit was very clean and that was great. The internet access was our big disappointment.
Thanks for the comments, we are sorry you had problems with the internet connection. As advised when you reserved this home it did NOT have any internet and we suggested that you hook up into the signal from the home next door as we manage this as well. There is also WIFI at the clubhouse. Homes are self catered and toiletries and cleaning supplies need to be provided by the guest. We knew you requested a home with a crockpot and none of our homes have these so we went out of our way to purchase and deliver a crockpot for your stay.
Had problems with the swimming pool and hot tub. Ordered heat a week ahead of arrival, but when we checked in there was no heat. We phoned right away to get the heat on and it took about 2 days to heat the pool. The heat only lasted 1 day.The "hot" tub never did get even warm, and when we turned on the jets, the hot tub drained itself into the pool. The kids were very disappointed that they could only use the pool for 2 out of 10 days!
Thanks for the comments, pool heaters are unpredictable and with so much use sometimes they have problems. We did everything we could to get the heater back and running during your stay.

This was a very comfortable house to stay in. I reserved this house for me and my two teen ager and my brother his wife and two children and one of his kids friends. There was ten of us and we all fit in here perfectly. The pool and spa were great and the house was very nice. It was comfortably furnished and laid out great. Nice kitchen and great bathrooms. Very nicely located near attractions and everything else.

We have traveled to Florida every year and this home was the best we have stayed in, as soon as we walked in the cleanliness was obvious. Staff couldn?t have been more helpful when we wanted to buy Disney tickets and they even got them delivered to us. The position of the villa was perfect to the attractions that we wanted. I will be booking this villa again!!!!

The house itself was in a good location and was very pretty. However, there were a few issues that we could definitely have done without. One was that it had mice which upon contacting management they did send a man to put out glue traps and a maid to change the bedding to the bed in which upon arrival had mouse turds in it! The turds seemed to be all through the house and in the cabinets and the carpet needed cleaning.Due to this my sons allergies were out of control and he was miserable. Our neighbors were party animals that kept us up with their loudness all hours of the night. We couldn't get a hold of management late so we ended up having to call the police to get them to quiet down since they did not cooperate when my husband asked them politely.It could have been a wonderful stay had it not been for these issues.
The community and the street this property is in unfortunately had some visitors on the days before check-in. They can come in through any small opening, under garage door or even through drains. Every home is treated by a pest control company every month but mice have to be treated differently when sighted in the properties there is no prevention for this, we obviously were not aware of this problem otherwise we would have treated before the guest checking in so we have actioned upon the guest reporting the problem. The bedding was taken to the dry cleaners as per the guest request. The carpets in the propety have been steam cleaned, this is done twice a year. The correct thing to do in the case where neighbors are disrupting the peace, being loud after dark the police has to come to the property as we cannot speak to the people ourselves without the police and the guest should not do this either without calling the police just in case they get violent.
