Our family had a great at this house. Even though you have houses right beside you this house has privacy screens around the pool area on both sides with conservation view in the back which is great. When we did have an issue the management company came right out. We will be back soon.

We really enjoyed this house. We were especially pleased that the owner seem to go out of their way to make it a more pleasant experience with little things like movies, books, music CD's, and board games. We had a little trouble with the pool heat. We were finally able to get the pool warm enough but never was able to get the hot tub temperature up even with Eagle Managments recommendations. The only other complaint would have to be the beds. The mattress quality was lacking to say the least, but we were so exausted after such full days that it was a minor issue. The location worked out really good. Overall, we were pleased with our choice to rent the house.
Good to know you enjoyed the home, I too wish all the vacation homes would have pillowtop mattresses but most of the furniture packages come with basic beds. I will definitely let the owners know anyways. Hope to see you back in our homes. thanks
We rented this house for our trip to Disneyworld. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I, 4 kids and my Mom. The pool was great and the game room kept the kids busy when we were finishing the preps for each day at the parks. We all had plenty of room to spread out without stepping on each other's toes. The management office was excellent during the reservation process and when I had to coordinate the return of something we left behind after our trip. Our only complaint was that with as many people as we had in the house, we quickly ran out of paper products and there were no extras available. We highly recommend this property! Thank you!

The house is okay, nothing fancy but clean and tvs etc all work. It could not be located on GPS. Complex is in a rural area with multiple trailer parks in the area. It is located in a moderate complex. Approx 10-15 mins away from parks. The beds were extremly firm - hard to sleep on the beds, when you moved you actually could hear the bed creaking it was so hard. It was like this in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Each bathroom was supplied with one roll of toilet paper and the house had no paper towels, napkins or garbage bags. All the dishes are set out on the tables as decoration. I have rented homes before and they usually supply at least garbage bags and some starter supplies of napkins and paper towels. Pool and Jacuzzi were nice but would have appreciated some pool toys for the kids. The game room in the garage was nice as well. We did have an issue with the pool security gate but Eagle Management was very responsive to the situation.
Thanks for your comments and you are right, this development is newer and still does not appear on the GPS which is why we provide driving directions to get to the rental home. I am surprised about the beds as this furniture is very new, but thanks for letting us know. All rentals are self catered therefore the guest must bring their own supplies unlike a hotel were all the basics are provided. We hope to see you soon.
15 minutes from Disney, there is a supermarket near by and some Restaurants to sit in ot order take away. we loved the pool and the game room. The only thing we liked less is the air condition which we could not change its temperature by our self. At night it becomes a little cold at this time of the year (our solution was opening the windows at night)
Thanks for the great comments, we unfortunately have to keep the A/C controls locked up due to instances where clients have damaged the units by lowering the temperatures too low and we want to keep this safe for the Owner. But always feel free to call us as we can make exceptions based on the situation and we definitely do not want you to be too cold at night in such a nice home. We hope to see you soon.
