This is a two story, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom property with 1 master suite. The view to the rear of this property is quite stunning as it overlooks a small lake and wide conservation area. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, 18" TV Master Bathroom: Single basin, oval tub, separate shower, WC, WIC. Bedroom 2: Full bed, double closet.. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, double closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, single closet. Family bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Lounge: 3 seater, 2 seater, armchair, patio doors to pool area, 27" TV, DVD player. Dining: Seats 6 Kitchen: Ample kitchen with breakfast nook seating 4. Cloakroom: WC and single basin.
Great accomodations for the price, you can't beat it. Everything was clean, well cared for and just as described. Great place for families to stay. It sure beats the confines of a hotel room when you have kids. I would definately book through them again. The only draw back was that it took a little longer to get to Disney then expected. Everything else was perfect.
Thanks for the comments and we are happy you enjoyed the extra space when you book a vacation rental versus a cramped hotel room. Distance to disney can be tricky depending on what route you choose as there are more than two or three ways to get to the same place to almost anywhere around here. From this home to 192/vine street and left on sherbeth road will take you to Animal Kingdom in 10-15 minutes time. we hope to have you back soon.
Our stay at 17631 Woodcrest Way was awful. Upon entering the house, we found that the home has only 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The other room upstairs that is supposed to have a queen is in fact a full. Prior to our arrival, I emailed and phoned the management company to confirm that the house had 2 queen beds and was assured that the house had 2 beds. This is a problem with not being able to see/review the specific home you are renting. Perhaps it would be a good time for someone from the management office to visually check the property. In addition to discovering that there was only 1 queen bed we also discovered that all the mattresses are of poor quality. Even my eight year old niece woke up in the morning complaining about the poor quality mattresses. There was a note indicating that there were 18 bath towels in the house and we could only locate 9. We had to go out and purchase wash cloths and dish cloths because there were none in the house. The remote for the tv does not work and neither do the phones. The only reason we chose to book through your company is because of your BBB rating. I waited for a call on Monday and when it was clear that I would not be receiving a call, I called the office on Monday and initially the office manager told me that I was the first person to complain about the home and that the quality of the homes is the responsibility of the owner. I was informed that the owners are out of the country and there is no way to complain to them so I was stuck with the management office. After requesting that some of our money be refunded due to the fact that we were promised 2 queen beds and there is only 1 and due to the fact that the beds in the home are of poor quality, I was refunded $100. I will never book through this company again. I was not impressed and I will also be contacting the BBB.
Thanks for the comments, we have apologized for providing the wrong bedding configuration as this was an honest mistake, you did make a generic booking for a 4 bedroom pool home and could have gotten any 4 bedroom home with different bedding arrangements. We do not guarantee a specific bedding configuration on generic bookings. You did contact the office and requested the $100.00 refund which we honored as a good will gesture.
the house was very neat, clean, and well kept. I would reccommend tvs in rooms other than the living room and master bedroom. It was located within decent driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and Disney. the subdivisions you had to drive through just prior to arriving at the home were suspect, but the subdivision where the home is located is very nice, well kept, and quiet. i would stay here again and would recommend this home and Eagle Managment to others planning a trip to the Disney area.

Home was nice but was alittle disapointed in comfort of beds, and pool was extremely cold, did not find out we had option to heat pool until we got there. only staying 3 days there was no way to heat in that time.If i had been given the option for heated pool would have been more than glad to pay for this option, also there was no lids on trashcans all in all nice place to stay.
Thanks for the comments, our pool heat minimum is 5 days on electric pool heaters so often guests do not want to pay for the extra days when they have short stays.
When we first arrived after a long drive from Chicago, we saw how beautiful the house was on the outside. When we opened the door, we were amazed at how clean & well kept the inside was. The house was just the right size. The pool fit all 8 people. The only thing I would recommend is putting Tv's in other rooms besides the livingroom & master bedroom. Our stay was wonderful & I would definitely recommend it to family & friends. Next year, if Florida is in our plans again, I will be asking for another house managed by Eagle Management!!!

My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was such a nice experience, and so conveniently located to the stores and the theme parks! Eagle Management made it so easy to book this home. I would stay in this beautiful home again or book another home through Eagle Management. Only one thing, though. We did not expect the weather to be as cool as it was. The kids took a dip in the pool even though the water was cold. They had a blast, nonetheless. FYI: Check weather a couple of days before your stay and have them turn on the pool heater a day or two before you arrive if needed.
