This is a two storey property located in Westridge at Davenport, conveniently close to the I-4 for quick access to the Disney parks. Property comprises master bedroom with King size bed, patio doors to the pool area, walk in closet. En-suite bathroom with twin basins, corner tub, separate shower and WC. Second bedroom has Queen bed with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. Bedroom three has a Queen bed and double closet. Bedroom four has a full size bed and double closet. Bedroom five has twin beds and a double closet. There are two family bathrooms one comprising bath/shower, single basin and WC, the other shower, basin and WC. The lounge area has a comfortable seating area, 27" TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with bar area seating two. Breakfast area seating four and patio doors to the rear Second seating area with 27" TV. To the rear there is a spacious patio area with fully screened in pool. There are 5 Tv’s total in this property and 3 master bedrooms.
This home was perfect. We didn't have 1complaint about it. It accomadated our entire party comfortably. It was close to disney , shopping and food. I can't wait to go back now that i've stayed here, I won't stay anywhere else!

Everything was as advertised. We had a problem with a noisy smoke detector on arrival that was promtly fixed. This was the perfect setting for my wife and me, our son and daughter-in-law and two grandsons.

Beautiful home that was perfect size for our large family reunion. the weekend was in the midst of an uncharacteristic cold spell for the area and we didn't have enough blankets to stay warm every night. By the third night we had located both furnaces/thermostats and kept the house as warm as needed however a guide would have been nice. We also called the emergency numbner but being a holiday weekend there was no response. The booking process could use some work as I found that some of my requests weren't honoured --- I had asked for 2x rollaway beds upon initial booking in September however this had to be confirmed and setup just days before our trip. Beyond that, I had asked for a house with a games room and this was not present. That being said, for the price this was an amazing deal. Overall -- great product/value, but the service arm needs work

The overall value was great. The space was great. Just one problem. The kitchen was infested with ants we had to go buy ant spray we couldn't even leave food in the pantry. I would also recommend that they get another cleaning service company and pool cleaning company. I stayed in a florida rental home before and I did not have this problem.
Thank you for your comments, we do pest control every month and ants are very common in Florida. We would have been more than happy to send pest control to the home during your stay and have taken care of this issue upon your departure.
