Brand new 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath executive villa located in the new community of the Retreat at Legacy Park. This is a high quality gated community only ten minutes from Disney Theme Parks. The Retreat at Legacy Park is located on US27 just off the US192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops, banks ,restaurants and golf courses are only a few minutes away. Our brand new luxurious villa (completed March 2006) is the perfect place to relax or recover after a hard day at the parks. Inside our 3079sq ft. fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 12 guests. There are 3 master bedrooms suites, one with a King size bed and 2 with queen size beds (bedroom 2 and 5). The other 2 bedrooms (3 and 4 ) have twin beds in each which sleeps a total of four. The lounge also has a sleeper sofa. The villa is tastefully decorated with modern Charles Rennie Mackintosh furniture. The family room is equipped with a 32" Tv with surround sound system, DVD player and CD player. The fully-equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and a 25.5 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, as well as a separate utility room containing washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom/shower leading through to a walk-in closet fitted with a wall mounted safe. It also has a 19" TV,DVD player, clock radio, 24/7 internet access and telephone. Bedroom 2 to 5 each has a combined TV/DVD player and clock radio. Bedroom 5 has a queen size bed and is located on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom. This could be used for disabled guests. The Den contains a PS2, X Box games for each, video rocker chairs, 24/7 internet access, sofa, TV, DVD's, CD's and board games. The double garage is used as a game room and contains a pool table, table tennis table and basketball game. We also have a highchair, travel cot, safety gate for the stairs for younger guests. The extended pool area has a 28 ft by 14 ft pool and can be heated in the winter, an adjoining spa and covered lanai. There is a child safety fence for use around pool with some pool toys. There is a patio table, chairs with sun loungers for relaxing around the pool. There is ample storage space throughout the villa, Linen and towels are also provided. Our fully licensed home is managed locally by Eagle Management who provide a 24 hours service in case of after hours emergencies. The villa is also fitted with a security alarm. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa.
