This is a two story house situated on the prestigious Tuscan Hills development, which is located on the US27 just South of the US192 and only a short 15 minute drive to the Disney attractions. The property is tastefully decorated throughout and benefits from a wide range of extras, such as a games room, TV loft and two seating areas. Downstairs:- Master Bedroom: King size bed,patio doors to pool area, armchair, walk in closet. Master Bathroom: Corner tub, large shower cubicle, two basins, separate WC. Lounge: 3 seater, 2 seater, loveseat, patio doors to pool area, TV, DVD. Dining: Seats 8. Kitchen: Spacious with bar area seating two. Breakfast Nook: Seats 4. Games Room: (Details to follow). Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Upstairs:- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk in closet. En-suite: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, walk in closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, double closet, Disney theme, door to family bathroom. Bedroom 5: Twin beds, double closet. Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Loft Area: Two seater sofa, TV console. Outside:- Spacious patio area, child safety screen, pool, jacuzzi. Upgraded patio furniture.
The house was extremely well cared forf. There were plenty of beds for everyone and it was especially nice to have a fully functional kitchen. We drove to Disney one day, and drove north to Blue Spring Park another day.
Liked the fact that the location was out of Orlando traffic. Nice quit neighborhood. like how lg the house was, nice to have private spaces and very nice bedrooms. Also liked the gated community. But had a couple of issues. Because we arrived when the office was closed for the day and next day, we got quit cold due to not having the key to turn some heat on. It would have been helpful if we had been told where the key to the thermostat was before arrival . Plus we had to turn the hot water heater up one notch(to #2) just so we could have a shower! The hot water heater should always be set before renters arrive. I understand it being on #1 while empty, but should be set before renters arrive. we put it on #2 which worked well. There is a reason we needed 4 bathroom, :-) I wanted to take a nice bath the night we arrived, couldn't because the water was not hot enough. We could never have used the dishwasher or taken showers . Over all we would come again. Everything except no heat for a day an half we were able to live with or fix. The staff over the phone where always very pleasant and helpful. We would like to thank the ladies we talked to or dealt with concerning this rental. Good staff!

Surprisingly enough we don't have many guests at all using the A/C heat option in the homes but we try and leave the A/C control boxes open during winter months in case guests want to turn on the Heat, we apologize the one in your home was still closed. The water heaters are set at a standard temperature so perhaps a previous guest lowered this without our knowledge. thanks again and we hope to have you back next year.
Initially, I was a little sketchy about the management company because I could not get a hold of anyone after calling the office 3 days(weekdays) in a row.I had to contact Eagle Management to pay the required deposits and was finally able to reach someone by e-mail.Later, Veronica gave me a call after back and forth e-mails and told me I couldn't pay by phone, payments were accepted online only.I think that is a little absurd since they were so hard to reach, why not just take the payment and give me the info I need to check in?Typically I stay in the Kissimee area, and this home was actually in Davenport, which is pretty isolated from the Orlando area.Not many restaurants around, and it is not as close to Disney parks as I was told. The home was visually appealing from the exterior, but the moment you walk in it smells like pet urine.The decor was really nice, but the stools at the bar were shaky and one was broken.The televisions in the loft area and in one of the bedrooms did not work, and the tub in the master on the second level had a slow drain so as I showered I was standing in water.I loved the way the management company listed in the check out procedures to put all dishes in the dishwasher and start it(you have to buy your own dishwashing liquid),pull the trash can to the front corner if it's trash day,and bring all linens down to the laundry area and start a load of clothes(you have to buy detergent too)to help the cleaning staff out!I am not at all opposed to cleaning up after myself, and will do it without being told.However,I should not be required to pay a cleaning fee if I'm doing all of the cleaning!!Overall, this home served its purpose for our Christmas stay, but I would not do business with Eagle Management or stay at their properties again due to the fact that the initial customer service and support was not available for what turned out to be a mediocre property.
Thanks for the feedback, just want to comment on a few things for informational purposes for future guests. Any credit card payments must have a signature approving the transaction so in order to facilitate the check-in process for our guests we give them the oppotunity to pre-register in advance and in doing so they can get the address and codes to access the home prior to arrival. Some companies do not provide this service and all guests must go to their office on their arrival day to register and this is when they are given directions to the home they have been assigned making them drive an extra 15-30 minutes out of their way to get back to the assigned rental home, and some of the companies also require you drive back to the management office to return the key when checking out. With Eagle Management/Rent A Villa we fascilitate the check-in process for our guests collecting the property protection fee via an on-line electronic agreement, we send the guest an e-mail so they can fil
condo needs updating, appliances are well used and in need of repair.

Awesome house. Only thing lacking was a stereo so we can play music. All rooms were awesome. Very comfortable and gave that "home-y" feeling. Would rent again. Rented for a family & extended family get together. Perfect fit

Thank you for a wonderful stay. the house was very spacious and well furnished. the swimming pool was great. the games room could be better. the only downside was the lack of internet access password. overall 5 stars.
