Brand new lovely house. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites, North facing. Master bedroom has Queen bed, patio doors to pool. Master bathroom has 2 basins, corner tub, separate shower and WC. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed and en-suite bathroom has bath/shower, WC and doors to pool area. Bedroom # 3 has Full bed and en-suite bath/shower, WC. Bedroom # 4 and # 5 both have Twin beds and double closet. Family bathroom has bath/shower and WC. Dining area seats 6 and breakfast nook seats 4. Lounge has 3 seater, 2 seater, armchair and 27" TV. The lounge also has patio doors to the pool area. Kitchen is fully equipped. To the rear of the home has a screened in pool.
The Living room area is very large. Perfect for large families. Everything was clean, but the carpet in the dining area had too many stains.
Thanks for the comments, these homes in this particular community are so popular that they get many rentals and this means many guests in adn out of the front and pool areas so we are bound to have some stains that just come back out in the main traffic areas, we do clean the carpets three times and year.

We used the home as a team house for one of our volleyball teams that played in the aAU Championships. The house had everything we needed for the girls. Very close to Espn Sports and an easy drive to the Orange County Convintion Center.

Four `bridge buddies` stayed for 8 days at Tuscan Blvd. Loved the home and all the amenities. Especially appreciated the ``care package`` on our arrival as it was extremely late and we didn`t have to worry about breakfast. Found the location a little out of the way for shopping (involved a lot of driving). Other that that it was safe and secure. Wished there had been a recycling bin in the garage. Thanks for a relaxing holiday.
thanks for the comments, care packages are only available when you book through certain companies. Shopping is actually very close to this community, for food shopping there is a Publizx supermarket just 2 minutes away and a super walmart probably 5 minutes north. there is a shopping complex approx 10 miles south on the junction of I-4 and highway 27 that has many stores like Target, Best Buy, JC Penney, sporting and clothing stores. Outlet malls are 15 minutes away.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills. The upgrade to a five bedroom home was a welcome surprise. Everything was perfect! Thank You Eagle Management for making our visit to Florida so enjoyable.

Tuscon Hills villas have nice clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The property is gated and the process of getting in was easy. Enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend it.

Thanks for the review, the Clubhouse at this community has free WIFI therefore this owner has not chosen to have this feature in his property.
The management was very nice and professional during the booking process. However, once the reservation was booked, it appeared as though I was dealing with a different company after that. Service is important and professionalism is expected throughout a client's vacation experience. This is what allows for a long term relationship. My advice is to stop using the agency in which I booked this reservation as they are an initial source of Eagle management obtaining a negative review. They demonstrated very unprofessional service. The rental was overpriced for the value and accommodations.
This is not a direct reflection of the management company as the reservation and customer service staff when the guest arrives is the same. We continously get good reviews and this is the personal opinion of this client alone. We hope to satisfy future clients as we have been doing in the past.
Had a good time in FL. and it was partly due to where we stayed . The house was clean ,really nice and almost new. We will rent again. The staff was real nice and helpful. Thanks

The doors make sounds when u open/close them {makes a lot of noise at night time....}
