Except for minor damages, the house was great. More than enough room for the entire family. Guest should be aware that the homes are not a hotel. There is no one to make your bed daily. You will need to bring additional soap, dish detergent, etc. for long stays. Otherwise, this is the best choice for living accomodations; everyone had their own room...Yeah! We will stay again.

We were extremely impressed with the home we rented. We even extended our trip. The home was beautifully furnished, spacious and very well equipped. The Eagle staff was very accommodating, and check in was effortless. I have already recommended this property to family and friends.

I enjoyed my stay at this home. It had everything you could imagine or think you might need, especially the kitchen. The equipment that was available was enormous. I enjoyed having a TV in every room (because I have rented homes before from other companies and there was only one TV available in the entire home). The sitting room was equipped with Home theater system and DVD player. We enjoyed having the luxury of a Personal computer which we used for driving directions, etc. Great location to shopping and interstate. It was a home away from home.

trash can problem wasnt adddressed rite away...could have did little better job with bug control..nothing serious..overall family enjoyed stay with private pool,good spacious home,very quiet neighborhood..

My concern and issue I have with our holiday was our accommodation. When I researched this holiday Westjet Vacations showed a bronze, silver and gold package for booking a house. I booked the gold package because I wanted the best for our family and the friends that were travelling with us. My expectations of a gold level house and what we got were not at all the same. This house was a 5 bedroom house that was supposed to sleep 12 people. There were 5 SMALL bars of soap available to use for the week. As well, the toilet paper on the roll was the ONLY toilet paper available. I called about this and was told that we had to purchase our own soap and toilet paper once it ran out. This house had a pool yet there were no towels provided for the pool. We were provided 14 towels for the entire house to use all week including using for the pool. As well, the pool was supposed to be heated (I was told by the rep at Eagle Mgmt that it had been paid for) but it was too cold to swim in and we were not allowed to adjust the heat for the pool (if we did we would be charged additional heating costs). There was a kitchen garbage can with 1 garbage bag - after that we were responsible for providing our own garbage bags for the kitchen. The kitchen had no dish soap - again we were expected to provide that as well. There were no boxes of facial tissue - another expected purchase from us. Every 3rd load I'd do in the washer (by the way no detergent was provided for this as well) the washer would stop and I'd have to drain it and start all over. Because of these issues, I had to take time out of my holiday to purchase these basic necessities needed for the week. This house was not a clean house - there was stuff on the walls and the carpets were dirty and stained. We timed our drive time to Disneyworld every day and it took us at least 20 minutes every day to get to or from Disneyworld. I was under the impression we were going to be 10 minutes away. We weren't in Orlando we were in Davenport, Florida.
