first let me tell what was my issue my wife had an accident with one of the fire extinguisher, it fell on her toe and there was no number to contact so we can report it until next day and when we contact some one next day they just toll us that were going to replace it and they never went and the only person that we can contact was the maintenance so that is my issue that my wife got hurt but you need to have some one that we can contact in case of an emergency.
Very sorry this happened and I hope your wife is better now. Our office and emergency numbers should be in the information book at the home. We have secured the wall bracket that holds the fire extinguisher. Hope to see you back soon.
