Downstairs: Covered entryway leads to spacious seating area comprising 3 piece suite with dining area seating 6, stairs to the second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with a bar area that seats 2. Breakfast table seating 4. 2nd seating area comprising 3 peice suite, 32" TV and DVD, patio doors to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has Full bed, double closet. There is a shower room with single basin, shower and WC. Utility room with washer and dryer, door to double garage which has been converted to a games room with pool table. To the rear there is a fuly screened in heated pool with south facing views over orange groves. Upstairs: Stairs lead to large loft area with tbabe football, air hockey, two seater sofa, 27" TV, Playstation games console with two controllers and some games. Master bedroom has King bed, crib 20" TV, very large WIC and en suite bathroom comprising garden tub, 2 basins, seperate shower and WC. Bedroom 3 has Full bed and double closet. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have twin beds and double closets. Family bathroom comprises single basin, bath/shower and WC.
We reserved 5 nights at this condo, we could not stay that long due to bad staying experience?
thanks for the feedback, vacation rentals are privately owned homes that are available to the public for vacationing so they are all furnished differently and all have different bed styles and levels of comfort. We would not know which ones have the better or more comfortable mattresses but i do know that the amount of space you get and the treat of having your own pool in the home, full size kitchen, full size washer and dryer exceeds by far staying in a cramped hotel room and the prices are bargains compared to hotel rates so perhaps having a few nights in a not so comfortable bed is worth it when you compare everything else that you are getting when you rent a vacation rental.
The house had adequate room for the number of people it says it accommodates. I highly recommend changing the two full size beds out for queens as we had a difficult time accommodating the adults. The carpet was very dirty. The pool heat was not working when we arrived and never got quite warm enough to swim in. Overall we had a great time and the location was pretty convenient to everything we wanted to do.
Thank you for your comments and suggestions, we will advise the owner of the home. Pool heating has been a challenge during these cold weeks and will typically warm up the pool 10 degrees higher than the ambient temperature. this does not mean the pool heater is not working.
