The villa is situated in the upscale community of Legacy Park which is conveniently located just 10 minutes West of Disney's Theme Parks.
There is a King Master En-Suite bedroom and 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds, (one is en-suite), additionally there are 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests total. All bedrooms have Tv's and some even have DVD Players.
The full size fully equipped kitchen is great to prepare your breakfast before heading to the parks or cooking a nice family meal to enjoy together. This will save you money as well.
The main living room has a flat screen TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment, there is an additional seating area as well. There is fantastic loft area that has been converted to a games area including a pool table and air hockey table, this allows your family to be entertained but still in the cool air of the home and not in a hot garage like most of the vacation rentals have.
Outside there is a large extended sun deck, covered patio and quality table and umbrella with chairs and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the Florida sun. There are no rear neighbors so you will not be directly overlooked while enjoying the pool and spa. (Pool heat, extra)
Whe stayed 9 days and we spent our time really comfortable. The house was in a good location and everthing, from the furniture to the rooms, where very good. The only thing was that some objects where a bit dirty, like the towels and the cutlery.
Thanks for the comments and we are happy you enjoyed your stay, towels are washed prior to guests arriving but with use some may be more worn than others.
We enjoyed the stay very much! We did feel that there were a bit too many rules - especially regarding the trash. But other than that we had a great time! Not too far from Universal and IOa.
Thanks for the comments, vacation rentals are usually located in residential communities therefore we have to abide by the Home Owner Association Rules and we have to make our guests aware of these rules to follow. With trash specifically if the HOA finds this to be placed by the street on the wrong date the Owner of the home will get a fine and we certainly do not want to have to pass this on to the guests so we make sure there are signs posted so everyone can read them and follow the trash days assigned to each home. we hope to have your group back next year.
