This is a chalet style property with and East facing aspect. The villa is extremely charming and has 4 bedrooms comprising; 1 queen master with en-suite bathroom, 2 double rooms and a further twin bedroom decorated with a Disney Theme. There is a high chair and crib for guest use in master bedroom.There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook, dining area and lounge area with patio doors leading to the fully screened-in porch and patio area. The property benefits from not being overlooked directly and is beautifully planted with orange and lemon trees.
Exceptionally clean!!Very comfortable & our kids had enough space that they did not get on each other's nerves or ours.They loved having access to the internet.All the comforts of home.We had a wonderful time & would not hesitate to stay in one of your properties in the future!!

Unit needs updating. Decor. Is from the 80's. No tv in the master bedroom. (2) tv's total in a 4 bedroom house, and (1) of them didn't work. Didn't replace tv til after we checked out. The pool wasn't clean, which wouldn't be a problem if there were a net to clean out the bugs and things floating. No net; no pool. 1 tv with 4 kids. Horrible.
Thanks for the comments, we appreciate your feedback as we like to know what guests experiences are in our homes. We have a report that you had called to report the TV but we found both TV;s to be working just fine when we checked them, there was no mention of a pool skimmer needed otherwise we would have gladly dropped a replacement by the home for your use. Pools are cleaned once a week and in Florida it is common to have a few bugs here and there especially during this time. The decor we cannot help but have suggested to the owner a few upgrades which will take place from now until the end of the year. We will be adding extra Tv's for future guests as well. If you come back make sure you rent an executive category pool home as these have decors that are more updated as they have been built recently. Thanks again.
Eagle Management people - Ronnie, in particular were great. The home is in a great location. Quiet and great access to all theme parks. However the home needs a lot of updating, cleaning and fixing. The beds were terrible, the house needed a very good cleaning, microwave was broken and we had to buy a supplies to clean things up. The trash barrell was left outside and animals had gotten into it and I had to clean that up. The pool which we thought could be heated had an out of service heater and so we did not swim. We did not enjoy this house.
