Beautiful, luxury villa on a very quiet cul-de-sac. 4 bedrooms comprising king size master with en-suite bathroom, queen size with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms with further family bathroom. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table as well as a separate dining area. There are 2 lounges, one with a double sleeper sofa. The pool is fully screened, can be heated in the winter months and overlooks a wooded conservation area. The villa has a cot with bedding, stroller and a highchair, the double garage has been converted into a games room featuring table tennis and a tbale football game, make this a perfect family holiday home.

The home and property met our expectations as advertised. We were disappointed a BBQ was not included and that the pool was not heated. Both were extra charges and needed advance notice. This should have been more clearly identified in the description prior to renting. The map for the property description was not accurate, a GPS made locating the property a necessity
Thanks for the comments, BBQ and pool heating are extra services and can be added for additional fees. There is an information book in the home that will explain this. Thanks
- Check in service was good - Detailed information provided (maps, local info, etc) - Nice layout for home - Convenient location for our Golf getaway (close to courses and good hwy access). - Not enough hot water for four guests. - Previous guests left their garbage at front of house. We had to pick up after animals redistributed all over the front lawn overnight.....
Garbage problem not usual but can happen if clients leave too much trash and especially if not bagged inside bin. Sorry for this and hopefully we will see you back soon.
We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the house or at Disney. There was plenty of room for kids to play outside and the pool was georgious. Unfortunately, we paid to have the pool heated and were told that it would take up to 24 hours to heat. Well, that never happened. The pool did not warm until the 5th day - right before we were leaving. The repair man said he came, never did. We wasted 2 days waiting to enjoy the pool, lost our money ($100), and were told we had no recourse. In Febuary, a heated pool is a must. We were very disappointed in the response from management. However, we would stay again with the knowledge we have gained. Good Luck!
The pool heater has been repaired and working as normal in this property.
