It was a very good experience. I have two daughters and they love the house, were many environments. I was 17 days in the house and they could not endure that long if you were staying in a single hotel room. The house is very comfortable, all appliances are new and working properly, not to mention the Internet and IP phone

The location was great for the Disney World parks. The bedrooms were a great size. The private pool was awesome and the beds were fairly comfortable. We were unlucky enough to be infested with ants in the children's bedroom. While the management staff came and sprayed the one room it just moved them to the living room. We were dealing with ants all week long. I had to use all my laundry soap washing the sheets for the kids room three times and requested some detergent from the mgmt office so I could actually do my own laundry (which is why I brought the detergent in the first place) and they were unable to provide any. In addition, the first time we tried to use the microwave it shorted out and said it needed service. I called the mgmt office and they said there was nothing they could do about it over the holiday week. This was a huge inconvenience as we were hoping to use the microwave to make quick meals for my 2 and 3 year olds when got back from the parks but meal time became a half hour ordeal while we waited for the oven to heat up and then cook the food. Other items that wouuld make the stay more comfortable would be extra pillows for the bed. The ones we had were very flat.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt at home. The home was clean, spacious and pretty comfortable. The services was great and staff even left something in the fridge and cupboards for us to have for breakfast...very thoughtful, especially when you are coming off of a flight and might not have had anything to eat on the plane. The temperature in the house was kept cool...it was really hot outside, so that was good to have...added bonus,the pool! The only thing is that you realIy do need a vehicle to get around, but you're not too far from Disney...just about 15 min drive. It was easy to find our way around very easily. We were downtown Disney, International Drive almost every night. Just wanted to make that my home...that is how comfortable my whole family was. I would more than love to return with my family to Tuscan Hills.

I found the staff excellent to deal with. They were friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful and I would recommend them to friends traveling to the Florida area.

Stayed in 2 houses side by side and properties were kept nice and clean. Spacious rooms and sitting areas. Close to attractions !
