Downstairs; A vaulted entryway leads to hall with stairs to the upper floor; spacious seating area with sliding doors to pool area, dining area, door to double garage; archway leads to fully equipped, bright kitchen, breakfast nook and further seating area with 32" TV, sliding doors to pool area; Master bedroom suite with Queen bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with roomy shower cubicle, corner garden tub, his 'n' hers vanity basins, sliding doors to pool area. Upstairs; Spacious landing with 2 seater sofa and 20" TV, master bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower; 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath shower, 3rd and 4th bedroom have twin beds. To the rear there is a fully screened, spacious patio area with pool and spa.

It was a excellent decision, to rent this house for our family vacation, all was great the house beautiful, the location, especially the stores, the parks I mean everything you can need so closed to the house. If I have to rent again I'll do with Eagle Management, thanks a lot for your service to all employees of the Company and very special to Veronica Rodriguez, excellent person and She made the company look great.

well we realy enjoyed our vacaton, but we would have appreaciated it if we had a CD player and if the games room was more thought out ie more games. apart from that every thing was great. We are planning another stay in Orlando next year at the same time and would love to rent the same house, but in view of the outlined things this would make us look at another property with those facilities. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the suggestion, we will get a CD player for the home and see if the Owner accepts to add anything to the games room for it to be enjoyed to the fullest by the guests. We would love to have you again in one of our homes.
What a disappointment. We arrived around midnight on a Saturday night to a home that was 80 degrees and all of the thermostats were locked so we couldn't set the temp for our comfort. We opened all the windows to get thru the night and left a message with the managment company, which was never acknowledged. Our hot tub did not work for the entire time we were there, which is another message left for Eagle Managment that went unanswered. We had 2 adults and 4 children in the home. It was advertised with 2 televisions, but only had one. There was a gaping hole in the upstairs bathroom wall, no wash clothes at all and barely enough towels to cover the number of beds in the home. The upstairs rug had bleach spilled on it and they had placed a throw rug over top of it that as disgusting and rolled up on the edges which caused a tripping hazard. For the entire 6 nights we were there we had to sleep with the windows open, listening to the traffic from the nearby highway and the metal
The issues addressed by the guest have been resolved, rug replaced,towel bar replaced still only 1 TV in home. The Pool Spa (hot tub) heated to the pool heat temperature but did not bubble and raise to 100 degrees so it remained at 89 degrees same as the pool temperature.We did receive the clients voicemails but did not have a callback number, attempts were made to access the home to lower the A/c temperatures and pool spa issue is resolved but it was not an easy fix so the guest did not enjoy this feature. All homes are owned individually and we try to get all Owners to approve as much as possible but some things are out of our hands.
