Master bathroom has shower, corner tub, WC, 2 basins and patio door to pool. Second master bedroom has Queen size bed and small walk-in closet, 32” cable TV/DVD player. En-suite bathroom has shower, WC and single basin. Bedroom 3 with Twin beds, small walk-in closet and cable 32” TV/DVD/Blu-ray. Bedroom 4 has Twin beds along with a double closet and cable 27” TV and PS2 games console/DVD player (with 2 controllers and 30+ games). Third bathroom includes a bath with shower, single basin and WC. The Lounge includes two large leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a 47" digital cable TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, PS3 (with 3 controllers and 10+ games), CD player with iPod dock and patio doors that open to pool. Dining room seats six whilst the Breakfast Nook seats four, telephone in kitchen. Our fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washer and dryer. 3 hairdryers and hair straighteners. 50+ DVDs, 30+ PS2 games, 10+ PS3 games, collection of paperback books. Unlimited free High Speed Internet (wireless). Large all-year unshaded paver sun deck and chairs (8), table and loungers (8) overlooking grass, hedge and orange trees. House is not directly overlooked with a large hedge for seclusion.
I can't say enough nice things about this entire experience! The rental agents were very helpful and knowledgeable, the house was close to restaurants and grocery stores, in a very nice neighborhood, and the ride to Universal Studios took less than 20 minutes. The house was beautiful, the kids especially loved the pool, the game room and the video games. It was so nice to come home from the parks and eat dinner out by the pool and relax! There was more than enough room for a family of six and the access to the pool area from the master bath was great. I will definitely rent from this management company the next time we vacation in Florida, we had a fabulous time!!

The whole family enjoyed the house! This is our first time to rent a property like this and it really was a good experience! I like the privacy we had. I felt like we were in our own house! It was clean and well-decorated. It's equipped with stuff that we needed for our stay. Everyone got to enjoy their favorite things to do after a tiring day in theme parks! My teens injoyed playing some PS3 games while the smaller ones got to watch some favorite movies from the collection of Dvds. I enjoyed reading some books too while my husband is so happy to have access to the internet. More importantly everybody had a blast in the pool to the point where they don't want to go out anymore! We truly had a great time in the house and will take this opportunity to thank Veronica for being so helpful and informative throughout the process -from booking up to the time we're about to check in. I would also like to thank the staff who answered promptly to my phone call inquiring some problem with the pool alarm and to Eagle management for providing guest-friendly properties!

The house was really nice. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of an indoor pool. Only a few problems. The beds in the master suites were very uncomfortble. Hard! Could feel the springs when you sat on them. The shower stall had some mold in the grout. The cleaners need to give more attention to that. The thermostat was pre-set to 78 degrees with a note asking that is not be adjusted. It got into the high 90's during our stay. 78 degrees was very uncomfortable. Contact management office to adjust temperature (as stated we should do) and we never received a response during our stay.
we are glad you enjoyed your stay and have notified the owner about the mattress, this is one of those things that only some guests will really notice. Most guests are so tired from being in the parks all day and so happy to have an entire home and bedroom to themselves that they do not really notice the beds. I am also very suprised about the A/C temperature as this home has a system were the guest can control the temperature 5 degrees up or down unlike our other homes that have an A.C cover guard over the thermostat. I am sorry no one called you back which again is strange because we have a voice mailbox and any missed calls go directly to voicemail and we check that frequently.
This was a great, affordable alternative to a hotel. Very conveniently located to Disney Theme Parks, and just a few blocks from I-4, so could get to anywhere fairly easily. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, house was very comfortable and nicely furnished. It was very nice having individual bathrooms, and the inclusion of a washer and dryer makes it very convenient to clean your clothes for an extended stay. Because it's a house, you need to bring toiletries (toilet paper, etc.) and make sure you have garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Full size appliances and pantry in kitchen make it very easy to save money by eating in for breakfast and lunch. Beds are not comfortable - mattresses were very thin and hard. That is my one complaint, added to which the bedding really needed a good wash - in the master bedroom, I quickly stowed the decorative pillows into the spacious closet at the beginning of my stay, but they really need to be cleaned or replaced along with the bed coverlet. Pool looked fabulous, but be careful - we didn't get to enjoy it even once due to cold temperatures. Although I paid for pool heating, the heater doesn't work once the temp goes below 50 degrees, which means I essentially wasted my money paying for that! So unless you know for a fact you'll have milder temps, don't bother paying for pool heating if you're going there in winter. Overall, I really enjoyed this and am recommending it to anyone who goes to Disney for vacation.
Thanks for the comments and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Your suggestions about the bed covers and mattresses have been passed on to the owner of the property. For electric pool heaters we are afraid that they do not work up to potential when we have cold fronts. This is because the low temperatures overnight freeze the water in the pipes and turn this to slush therefore the next day when the heater kicks back in all that slush has to dissolve before it can continue to heat the water in the pool. when you have cold days one after another the pool water will not maintain it's heat. this does not mean that the heater is not working and any pools without pool heating will be much, much colder. You can ask for available homes with gas pool heaters for your next rental as the gas pool heaters tend to work better during colder temps.
The home was wonderful with complete game room in the garage. The only and I mean the only that it was lacking was the very limited control over the climate control. Do to the fluctuation of the weather, the central air conditioning unit was not able to provide a comfortable climate inside the home. It was very convenient to self check in and out. The key was in the key box and management provided the pin codes to open the key box and security alarm.

Fast service from the direct owner,the villa was as it was described and has a very good lay out,room siazes are really good, the master suite opens directly on the pool, the whole villa is very airy and spacious, and very well decorated. The pool was fantastic, especially after a hard day at the theme parks, pop on the pool lights and have a lovely relaxing swim. Although we were about 20 mins from international drive we found that the local ammenities were fine.
