This single storey property is situated on the Shire at West Haven development and has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms comprising of 2 master bedrooms, one with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with two basins, bath and separate shower and . Master Bedroom two has a Full bed and adjacent bathroom. Bedrooms three and four both have twin beds and share the third bathroom. There are TV’s in every bedroom and in lounge area with DVD Player. This property has FREE WIFI available for guest enjoyment. The property also has a playpen for small children. There is a comfortable lounge, dining area seating six, a further breakfast area that seats four and a fully equipped kitchen that has a bar area able to seat two, as well as separate untility room. To the rear there is a screened in private pool with spa and a spacious patio with furniture facing conservation view for added privacy. West Haven is a gated community and is conveniently located for restaurants and shops and golf courses.
Loved the property, but had asked for pool to be heated, and wasn't. They came and turned heater on and said it would be ready in next two days to swim. The water was so cold we only were able to get into hot tub one time. Unable to use pool at all. We called to complain and they never sent anyone out to check it nor would they give us the money back we paid to heat the pool even though it was so cold it was not useable. Beware if you are traveling in colder months as the pool and even hot tub will not warm up for use.
The home was very nice. Clean and spacious. Master suite was clean with very nice bathroom. The lounge space was also nice, just a little small. The space was able to accommodate 8 people comfortably. The decor was very nice as well.
