Chalet style property with double garage, mature gardens and a North East facing aspect. The villa is tastefully decorated and has 4 bedrooms comprising; 2 Queen master en-suites and 2 further Twin bedrooms one with a Disney Theme. There is a further family bathroom, dining room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen with bar area and breakfast nook. To the rear there is a fully screened, heated pool and spa with patio area and benefits from not being overlooked directly.
Great place to stay, Very quiet, nice change of pace after a day at Disney. The house has easy access to all the parks, their within about 15 miles and very easy to get to. The house was very clean with plenty of dishes and linens. Nothing is supplied for cleaning or toilet paper. As long as you know before you arrive, no problem. You need to start the first load of linens before you leave so make sure you pick up some laundry soap, who ever stay before us did not use soap on the sheets they washed and they still smelled of sweat, needed to wash them first night. There is no cable or internet, for us it was a refreshing change not to watch TV. The only thing we were not happy about was we called to have the pool heated at $35 a day for 3 days. It was almost 11:00 am before we left and they had not turned on the heat yet, on the 3rd day they turned the heat off at 2:00 in the afternoon. We had to pay for 3 days, but it was heated for less than 2 and half days. All and all would stay again.
Thanks for the comments, for your next rental please make sure that internet is requested as this is not guaranteed and has to be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating will work well as long as the pool water gets up to temperature so having the heater on the entire day will not make a difference as long as the outside temperature is still warm enough as it will not heat up over 89 degrees which is the set temperature. My softball team stayed at another property by this owner. We have been totally satisfied with everything from reservation to accomadations. if every in the Orlando/Kississmmee are do not hesitate to stay here.
