4 bedroom, 3 bath executive home in gated community close to Disney Theme Parks and easy I-4 access. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 19" TV, patio doors to pool. Master bathroom has garden tub, 2 basins, WC and separate shower. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed, Bedroom # 3 and # 4 both have Twin beds. Family bathroom and adjacent bathroom in between Twin bedrooms. Lounge has 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair. 27" TV , DVD, patio doors to pool area. Dining seats 6 and breakfast nook seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped. Screened in heated pool and spa.
I was excited to try a Villa instead of a hotel. We had a multi generational family group vacation to Florida to see my son who is interning for Walt Disney World. We ranged in age from 11 to 76. With 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms we were able to have our individual privacy. The house was awesome! Lots of room, a nice pool and hot tub, and close enough to the parks we could split our day and come home for lunch & rest before heading out again for the night. It saved a lot of money on eating out by being able to prepare our own meals. The beds were a little harder than we liked but we were able to sleep well. There were some little issues with the house such as there was no screen door on the patio leading to the pool, the pool gate was hard to close once opened, there were not enough baking pans/pots, a few slats on the patio door blinds kept falling off, the alarm didnt work, and the only way to utilize the hot tub is to pay to have the pool heated. But these things are not major issues. I would pay to heat the pool next time. It is definately worth the money I spent for the Villa.
Thanks for all the comments, they are appreciated and have been noted. Blind slats are so fragile and with vacation homes there is always a blind somewhere that is giving us problems. We do try to get these repaired on departure inspections. screens doors on the patio door are not used because the homes have central air conditioning and doors cannot be kept open. Pool and spa heat is an extra charge. we are glad you had a great time with your family and are happy that you will now consider vacation rentals for your future stays.
Thank you for renting us this lovely home. We were very pleased with how lovely and clean the villa was. The kids enjoyed splashing in the heated pool. This villa is a short drive to Disney which was excellent. Thanks again!

I was disappointed in the house we were assigned. The furniture was cheap and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable (we could feel the springs). The house was smaller than I had expected. We reserved an "Executive Home" so I thought that we would have nicer accommodations. The closet in the master bedroom was locked so we couldn't hang up our clothes. One of the bathroom toilets wouldn't flush. We couldn't control the heat or air conditioning; windows were fused shut. Floors were bare and cold. We paid an additional fee to have the pool heated, only to learn later than the heater didn't work at night and would not turn on if the outside temp was below 55 degrees. We were not able to use the pool a single time. The kitchen was semi-functional. There were no baking pans (of any kind), so simple tasks such as heating a pizza or baking a dinner were impossible.
Thanks for the comments, this home is considered executive and each home is privately owned so the furniture and amenities will all be individual. Floor is tiled for guest convenience as this is preferred against carpeted floors that get stained very easily and accumulate extra dust. Owners closet is located in the master bedroom and locked as this is a privately owned home and the owners keeps their belongings in here. Pool heating was working but due to colder than normal temps did not heat up to set temperature but water would have still been a lot warmer than pools with no heating.
