We had a wonderful time in this large Legacy Park villa. Everything was a described w/ the pool and game room proving to be hits w/ the kids. As promised, the villa was just a short drive to the parks. Thanks to Ronnie, Lloyd and the rest of the Rentavilla team for a wonderful vacation home!

We had a great time at this house. Every little detail was either provided for or the expectation was set straight, so there were no surprises. Kids liked playing on X box and little TVs in their rooms. There were plenty of (3.5) bathrooms for every one to get ready on time. Kitchen had enough plates/pots and utensils. There was free WiFi and a laptop and a printer at home for guest use. Everything was working fine. It was only 20 minutes to Disney parks door to door. There was a Publix near by. Many Others restaurants were in 10-15 min circle. I already rated this home 5 star without reservation, however, there are some very minor points that can improve the quality of stay even more for out of state families. 1. The game room in the garage needs to be aired out more routinely. The garbage bin stays in garage, and the air can smell foul. To be fair, only while checking out I noticed that a air purifier was provided that wasn't plugged-in, that could have made the difference. 2. As a courtesy to guests, if a box or 2 of single use powder detergent boxes are provided, it would avoid them having to buy a bottle of detergent and leaving it behind. I understand it is asking for more than the stated contract. 3. On the same line as point # 2, if a few more dishwasher detergent capsules are provided, it will help the guests. 4. On the same point as 2 and 3, if a small role of kitchen towels is provided, it is helpful. This was no big deal. A short trip to nearby store took care of it. All in all we had a great time in this house. We would definitely look for this house next time we are planning to be in the area.

This Villa was superb , the rooms / fittings are spot on . The location is great especially for Disney ( 20 mins ) and Universal ( 35 mins ) driving is so easy in the States. With four great bedrooms , 2 en-suite which our daughter loved , 2 living rooms a great kitchen and a pool what more could you ask for ...

Superb family holiday made speacial by this lovely house. Kids loved the heated pool, as did the adults. Huse very clean and fesh. Would recommend to others very easily. Close to loads of things to do. In a word outstanding.

We were completely satisfied with the house on aldridge Lane. It was super clean, had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. I would say the only thing missing was a hot tub. Other than that, it was perfect. My husband hoped for WiFi, but that would just have meant more time on the computer for him... Loved the pool and house!

This is the first time we have rented a house vs staying in a hotel and we will always look at this as an option. With a family of 5 kids it was comfortable, we could cook our meals and were pleasantly surprised with the rec room, xbox and games, and the computer with internet. My husband was able to log in and work. Nice furniture, great pool area, we will always stay here in future Orlando trips.

Let me start off by saying this home was PERFECT!! And beautiful! This was our FIRST family vacation and wanted everything to be perfect.....AND IT WAS!! I have done research on vacation homes for 2 months and decided on this one because of its location, beauty and unbelievable price!!! Im SO GLAD I did!!! The home was more beautiful than the pictures you see online. Eagle Management was just WONDERFUL to do business with also! They were there when i had questions or needed anything! The home was very spacious and convenient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for your next family vacation....you will NOT be disappointed!!! The home we rented was beautiful. It was so well equipped with everything we would need and more. The games room was a great bonus, kids loved it and the pool of course! It was great to have internet access available for checking out directions etc. The bedrooms were huge and a few were themed for kids which was lovely. There were shops in both directions just a few minutes drive away and visiting all the parks from where we stayed was really easy. We could be at most places within 20-30 minutes. I really couldn't fault where we stayed at all, it was luxurious and comfortable and it was great to be back there at night chilling out after a busy day. We also stayed at the villa a few days for a rest. I have no negative comments at all apart from the rain we got when we were there but that couldn't be helped! Would definately return here when we come back to Florida. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of staying in this same property twice now. When in Florida, I wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay. The owners Gordon and Lyn are incredibly attentive and will ensure your stay is a happy one, every need is catered for. The property itself is modern, fantastically clean and well located for everything. The management team certainly get it all right. Our kids love OUR Florida House (I'll let them think its ours for now anyway). Fab Pool area and games room keep the kids happy when daddy cools down with a cold drink(or two). If anyone is looking around at other properties, end your search folks, this place has it all. An excellent home from home close to shops and restaurants etc. Highly reccomended.

My family and I stayed here for a week and loved it! House was very nice, very spacious, clean, had everything you could need. The price we got for it was great! I would defintely stay here again!
