The home was comfortable and spacious enough for the size of our party (5) with the youngest being 17. Each person had their own room with a TV. The common areas were comfortable and the lanai was spacious. The pool was too cold without heat and too warm with it. The fact that we had no control over the inside temperature was a concern as it was kind of hot and they did not want any of the windows opened (Constant 80 degrees). The air hockey table was broken and according to the log had been broken months before our arrival. There was a charge of r the grill as the home did not have one. Overall The home served our needs and if we could gain control of the internal temps would stay again.

Andy Lau here. Just wanted to mention that we enjoyed the accomodations as well. As mentioned below, the problems we had were not too much of a hardship. The internet issue should be handled a bit better. They had wifi, but did not convey the key to log on. We had to call them to get it. Just a nuisance more than anything. But that should be included when they give us the key code to get into the house... Also, just a mention, that the pool wasn't illuminated which made it a bit harder to swim at night. Our last home down there did have lights, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and the drive from tampa was not a too bad. Rented this home sight unseen through Orbitz. I could not have been happier. The house is in a residential neighborhood about 15 - 20 minutes from all those Orlando attractions. The house was immaculate, everything was in tip top condition. Kitchen was fully equipped, we did almost all our meals there, saving tons of $$$. There are restaurants and fast food in the area if you prefer. About 4 - 5 miles away is a large grocery store (Publix) and a Super Walmart. We had a couple of squawks in the house (handle of one of the sliders was loose) and management had it repaired IMMEDIATELY! The service was great, especially Veronica! Washer, dryer, pool, spa, flat screen tv, two eating areas, two living areas, and four bedrooms (the master is huge!).... My only caution is to remember that this house is vacant, so you will need to provide your own food, (down to the salt and pepper), cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent), shampoo, and so on. We immediately went to the store after arrival and stocked the place. Since we were there for a week, it was not a big deal, and cost about what we would have spent at one dinner out for four persons. If I am in the Orlando area again, I would definitely stay here again, and NEVER stay in another hotel!

I recently stayed in 2 houses in clermont,fl, located near Walt Disney World. Houses were in a great location.

My family and I enjoyed every space of the home. We immediately fell in love with the amenities as well as the comfort it provided. Spending Christmas in Florida was a dream come true and we all had a fantastic time. I would recommend this home to anyone and would refer others to use the services of Eagle Management.

My whole family enjoyed our stay. It was close to Disney, Universal, Island of Adventure, and Seaworld and within an hour of Busch Gardens. It was nice and very clean, had all the comforts of home. We would definitely rent again :)

This property had everything we need, from the interior to the outside. We could not ask for anything more. The location is quiet and peaceful, just perfect to enjoy the holidays. The supermarket was also easy to reach by car and so were the Disney Parks and Shopping Outlets. We had a great time and can definitely recommend the property to other people. It was a uncomplicated reservation from Germany and easy to get the key. There was a friendly staff. The house was very clean and maintained, a lot of space,everything sufficiently available, for example Table-ware, glasses, towels, bedlinen and so on. There was a nice environment and well convenient. It was not so beautiful that the pool lighting and the Icemaker did not work. We have to wait one week for the working internetaccess, but that was a problem of Brighthouse.It was tried to solve the problems.We enjoyed our stay and would make for us at home felt and it at any time again.
