There is a fully screened lanai with pool and spa.

Eagle management was readily available to answer any questions or concerns that arose with this property both before I left and while I was there. The home has all the comforts and space needed for a stress free vacation. The bedrooms and bath rooms are well spaced apart for privacy. The huge kitchen is a delight to work in. The laundry area is conveniently located off the kitchen. The pool gets the PM sun which is good in cooler months. The location is perfect for visiting Disney, and Orlando shopping oulets along the I-4 nearby. Publix, Royal Bank, gas, liquor store and MacDonald's are on the way to I-4. Several golf courses are within close proximity. One thing it does not have is WI-FI which would be perfect for long stay guests who may have to check in with a home business. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property.

This is a lovely community, very peaceful and the property was well maintained. All amenities were close, as were any attractions. The only downside was the very close proximity of other houses, however during our stay most were empty and this did not cause a problem.

We had a great time here over 4th of July weekend. The house was well stocked, clean, and spacious. The pool was great as well. The location was great. Not far from Disney and all other attractions, and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Also close to the highway. would recommended for families for a relaxing vacation.
The villa is in a wonderful location with easy access to both major airports and all Disney attractions. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the pool area is spacious and clean. There is an abundance of amenities close at hand I.E. Supermarket, shops, restuarents and garage. My family had a wonderful time and found the villa to be both quiet and relaxing after the rigours of Disney. We would have no hesitation in renting again.
