There is a keybox beside of the door which is very convenient for you to access the house, you do not need to worry about where you should put it and who is going to carry it, everyone can get it if he'she knows the key code. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

In General I was very Pleased,Amenities were Wonderful,Rental process was not too difficult,Clean,Spacious,good Location. Internet access was turned off following a visit from telephone guy,major annoyance!

We were very disappointed with our rental. In other reviews there was mention of great Wi-fi and there is none. So we brought our laptop 1200 miles for nothing. There was no long distance. The floors were nasty and the area rugs were so dirty I didn't want my 2 small children setting on them. There was dead bugs on the shower walls. We knew we would need to bring our own cleaning supplies like dish washing soap, laundry soap etc but they didn't even have any hand towels or dishrags in the kitchen. There are notes all over the house warning you if you do this or that they will charge you outlandish fees. There was supposed to be trash bags and there were none. The garage is full of junk. Forget pulling a large SUV or mini van in there. There was no mop or broom to sweep the floors with . Almost every dish we pulled out of a cabinet was caked in food. It looked like someone had eaten from them and just put them in the cabinet. Maybe that would explain the ants. They claimed there were 3 wash clothes (yes I said 3, for a 4 bedroom 3 bath home) and if any were missing you would be charged $5.00. we only had 2 for a weeks stay with 6 people. We had to buy some and to make sure I wasn't charged for one I left one there. When I complained to Eagle managment about the problems I was told we don't deal with that stuff that's the owners responsability. we paid a $65.00 cleaning fee and the house was cleaner when we left that when we arrived. Would I ever stay there again...No. There are way too many nice places with free Wi-Fi, long distance, and where cleanilness is important to waste time with this place. We spent months looking for just the right place and done lots of research only to end up with a major flop. The location is wonderful but that's about the only nice thing I can say about our stay at this house.

We had a wonderful time while in the Orlando area. The house was well maintained and the location fit our schedule very well.

Easy to reserve and send payment. Clean, comfortable, & private home. Beats a hotel room or condo complex.

Great place and location had problem with a/c (too hot never fixed)temperature but overall good

On our arrival, everything was nicely arranged, clean and spacious. We needed a few more teaspoons and it was delivered, the management team was very courteous and punctual in helping us get our computer to work, replace burned-out light bulbs and problem with the dishwasher. The ladies at the office were all helpful in finding places to go and shop. We look forward to coming back next year. Thanks

My family and I stayed in a rental villa the first 3 nights in Orlando. We had PLENTY of room and the kids loved the pool! After our stay at the villa, we moved into our rental room at a Disney resort. My children wanted to leave and go back to the rental home! The place was very clean and well-laid out. We will definitely be renting another home if we ever come back down this way! I have already told my friends about the home and told them this is where to stay!
