Chalet style 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Master bedroom has queen bed, 20" TV, patio doors to the rear and en-suite bathroom comprising a single basin, bath/shower, WC and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 has full bed, 14" TV, double closet and patio doors to the rear. This bedroom benefits from having direct access to the family bathroom so it could be used as a 2nd master bedroom. Bedroom 3 has Disney themed twin beds, 14" TV and double closet. Family bathroom has single basin, bath.shower and WC. The lounge has a 3 piece suite, 32" TV, DVD Player and Playstation 2 console with 2 controllers. The dining area seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen has a bar area seating 3. Utility room with washer and dryer. Garage has been converted to a games room with pool table. To the rear there is a fully screened patio with pool. Glenbrook Community has a clubhouse where guests can enjoy a fully equipped gym, games room with pool table and air hockey table, large swimming pool with mushroom water feature, tennis courts and a beach volleyball court.
We received great customer service from the day we booked this home until the day we left! The house was great, we took 3 adult daughter, a son in law, and grandbaby and there was plenty of room with everyone able to have their own space! It was minutes from Disney and Sea World where we spent our time with lots of food,stores, and gas along the way. We couldn't have picked a better place. The pool heater was not working the week we were there, but as it turned out we were too busy to use it much anyway. I highly recommend this home and hope to return to it next year!

House was nicer than expected, I will definitely rent a house again next time. While the on-site hotels are convenient the house just adds that extra special to the vacation. Everyone has their own room for quiet time, there isn't a 100 kids in the pool and you can cook and eat whatever you want much cheaper. This was our first time renting a home and will definitely do again next time.
Very happy you liked to stay in a vacation rental and have seen the benefit versus a hotel room, there are so many pro's to vacation rentals.
The home was clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants that were not packed with tourists! It was about a 20 minute drive to all parks, but no traffic and there is a short cut to the Disney parks. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.
Thanks for the comments and nice to know you used the shortcut to disney parks as often guests drive around more than necessary trying to reach their destinations and then think that the homes are located too far. In this area there are multiple ways to get you to the same place. We hope to have you back soon.
This was a fantastic experience. The house was really large, and very clean. I highly recommend this place. It was great, the pool was nice, but cold because it was Oct. It's $25/day to heat, and you have to agree to doing it at least 3 days. They provided 1 roll of TP for each bath, and there were towels, and some small bars of soap. Bring your own soap, toiletries, TP, paper towels, napkins, etc. Some cooking utensils, pans, pots, plates, etc, were provided... the fridge was large, and there was a washer and dryer unit. I would totally use this place again! It was about 30-45 mins from Universal, and about 20-25 from Disney. Most of what we did was near Universal, so the drive was a bit of a bummer, but all in all, it was a great experience and I got a great deal. There were 6 adults staying and we paid $126/night for a 4 bed, 2 bath home! You can't get hotel rooms that cheap! And it was nice to feel like you were in a house. I reserved through Orbitz.com.
Thanks for the great review and we hope you stay with us again, I am surprised it would have taken this long to get to the parks so I am afraid you perhaps took the longer routes to these. If you travel via 192/Vine St and take Interstate 4 to Universal it should not take you anymore than 25 minutes tops. Animal kingdom is 10 minutes from the home and the rest of the Disney parks are after this.
My husband and I stayed with our eight children (2 - 20). We found the house to be very clean and well kept. The landscaping and pool were well maintained. It was very conveniently situated near shopping and eating locations, emergency medical care and all Orlando attractions. The only challenge we encountered was we never were able to locate the community pool or activity area. There is no internet ability at this location!

The house was absolutely wonderful. Very clean open concept; lots of towels & pillows. We also had all the amenities that we needed to cook. The only disappointed was the pool. We paid for a heated pool but the temperature never reached over 62 degrees. It was just to cold to swim in. We complained a couple of times and only received a partial refund; instead of the full amount. But overall great week..
