Great overall stay, huge space, definitely more then you'd have at a hotel and a lot more privacy coming in and going out, the only issues were that the hot tub was connected to the pool, therefore if you don't pay the extra charge to have your pool heated then the hot tub wont be heated as well (so I learned after being there 2 days), also the pool could have been cleaner and better well kept, you can't adjust the thermostat so your perpetually kept at 75degrees which can be refreshing but at night you have to be wearing clothes and maybe even a light sweater otherwise you can get pretty cold (which isnt what you normally expect when you go to Florida), the game room was extremely hot with no air coming in and the air hockey table inside was unusable because the cord was too short to be able to be plugged into the only socket in the garage. The tvs in the rooms were about 14inches and the main tv was an old tube 27" tv, (these days you at least expect fairly sized Lcd's). Overall thou
Thanks for the comments, as you say the Pool spa (not a jacuzzi or hot tub) is at the same temperature of the pool and in order to heat this we would need an additional fee per day as the increased electricity charges need to be covered for the owner. Tv's are tube and they work perfectly but I will make a note for the Owners in case they have the extra cash to get some larger Tv's for the home. A/c unfortunately has to be controlled because there are guests that do not follow instructions nor respect others personal property so we have to recur to standardize the temperature in all homes. We will have a look at the air hockey because this should be working just fine, perhaps a guest has moved the location therefore cord is too short,Thanks and we hope to see you again soon.
Very clean - great location - only suggestions are - add the solar pool cover for cold nights and internet access.
We had a wonderful time in the house. The house was close to the highway but secluded. We loved the pool and the pool table. Thank you for your help
Great location - 2 supermarkets on your doorstep. Pizza and Chinese only minutes away. McDonald as well if that is to your liking. Pool is south facing and you get sun from early morning onwards...Found the area to be quiet. Have stayed in High Grove before and wasn't disappointed the second time round. Villa was clean and we didn't have much trouble with bugs/ ants in the pool area which is sometimes the case. Villa had a dvd player which we put to use as the tv programmes were sometimes poor. Would come back here again and would recommend to friends and family. Hope you like it too.
