Master bedroom is a very large room, with a Queen bed. 20" TV . Master bathroom is accessed via a hallway which is flanked either side by large double closets. Bathroom consists of single basin, garden tub, separate shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and en suite bathroom comprising bath/ shower, WC, single basin and WIC. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and a double closet. There is a family bathroom comprising bath/shower, basin and WC. There is a seating area at the front of the property with a 2 piece suite and directly behind there is a dining table seating 6. The second seating area has a two piece suite, 32" TV and patio doors to the pool area. The kitchen is extremely spacious and has a bar style breakfast table and two high chairs, there is also a breakfast bar area that seats 3. To the rear there is a good sized patio area and fully screened in heated swimming pool. The property is not oveloooked and there is a gentle grassy rise shielding it from the view of surrouding houses. Opposite the house horses graze in a field.
Felt like home, very calm area, nearby shopping avialble, got everything my family and I need at the vacation home, nice swim pool, but one problem was that it is 14 mile away from Orlando attractions. another one was that the home phone line and the WI FI internet was not working and I informed the mangement about it.the Wi fi was fixed but the phone line was not in my whole 1 week stay.

Orlando attractions are approx 25-30 minutes from most vacation rentals but Disney will be much closer approx 15 minutes.

We had a great experience with this rental. It was indeed close to Disney and the place was clean and suited our needs well. It was nice to be able to get away from the crowds and cook and home. The only cons were that we had to buy a lot of things that we thought might be supplied by the rental: extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, aluminim foil, detergent etc... But that really wasnt a big deal. Also the garbage container in the garage was very small and after a few days the can was full. They could use a larger receptical, and recycling containers. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was great, but the twin beds were very short and not so comfortable. Really only good for small children. One thing I will say is it is out in the middle of nowhere, so its great to get away and have quiet but there isnt a lot of dining out close by or malls. There was a very convientient Publix though. And for our needs it was great!
Our stay was great. The house was clean and spacious, just not as "warmly" furnished as some other homes we have rented - however, I would recommend this house to anyone interested in renting it. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. My aunt and uncle joined us from St. Petersburg and they had plenty of privacy since they used the front bedroom that was nicely separated from the main living space and the rest of the bedrooms.
