This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse situated in the Regal Palms Resort, on site there is a large pool and play pool plus lazy river and water slide, a restaurant, games rooms, internet cafe, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bars. Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2nd bedroom has queen bed with en-suite bathroom, bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds with a further family bathroom. Spacious lounge with TV and DVD and patio doors to rear. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room seating 6.
The unit was nice and clean. The beds were not comfortable. The front desk people were very helpful, the hot tub was great. We did not use any other amenities. The location to the Disney parks was a little further than I was lead to believe. Over all it was a good value and would recommend to others.

It was a really nice having our 3 families together; with everyone having a bed. It was a little tight but we could make do. It was very clean and easy access to the parks.

The place was amazing I only wish I had more family members to truly take advantage of all the rooms. About the only problems that I had was that the master bed wasn't that comfortable and there was hardly any cellular service available until you were in the more populated areas. I can understand that the cellular problem is out of your control but those are the only things that were an issue.

The resort was very nice, good ammenities, friendly staff. The unit was very comfortable with plenty of room however the beds and bedding had something to be desired. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the bedding was pretty dated and worn. A few minor repairs were needed in a couple areas but overall it was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant only once for a reason, took almost 2 hours to get our order and it was bland and unapealing. We took advanage of a nice selection of venues nearby for the rest our meals. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would return.
Thanks for the comments, and also the notes on the mattresses. We have done a mass e-mail to all Regal Palms owners to try and replace their mattresses as soon as they can afford this and hopefully some will do this soon. restaurant is managed by resort directly so I cannot comment on this but I wish you would have called us for guidance as there are very good restaurants just by the Publix plaza just at the entrance to Regal Palms. Some of my favorites are Applebees, Kumo Japanese (great sushi) and also Mia's Pizza. There is also an english place where they sell good fish and chips. We hope to have you back soon.
home was very nice and furnished well. We had an enjoyable stay and restuarant was great as was the pool area. Only problem was when we checked in our room a lamp was knocked over on the couch and the kitchen floor had not been sweeped and cleaned. The living room carpet needed to be cleaned but everything else was great.
