This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse situated in the Regal Palms Resort, on site there is a large pool and play pool plus lazy river and water slide, a restaurant, games rooms, internet cafe, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bars. Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, with en-suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has twin beds, bedroom 4 has twin beds and there is a further family bathroom. Spacioius lounge with TV and DVD player and patio doors to the rear. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room seating 6.
Had a wonderful time, clean and quiet property. The resort staff were always kind and helpful. The resort itself was clean and had wonderful amenities. The leasing staff were very helpful! All in all it was wonderful and we will be back, next time we will bring more people.

Woman at Eagle Manegement was rude when I questioned the $130 cleaning fee. When we arrived at the front desk of resort they hit us with another fee $10/day = $40. One of the toilets and the phone did not work and wireless did not work. I understand they dont provide any amenities but at least supply a couple of rolls of toilet paper. We had a lot of room - 4br 3 ba but the furniture was Wal Marts low end, old worn out blankets and "straw" beds...could feel springs sticking out on King.(At least replace the blankets) The following morning I left a message since no one answered the phone, to call me about the wireless and the toilet, but no one did. Havin a great time on our vacation so far... Not. Came home that night...the toilet was fixed but not the wireless. Besides those things everything else was ok but would not recommend to anyone.
Thanks for your comments, the cleaning surcharge fee of $130.00 is due for any short stay less than 4 nights and is noted on your screen before your check-out on the payment section when making your reservation and also on the booking confirmation that Orbitz provides. Resort fees as well are advised. We are sorry you did not notice this and had to find out upon arrival. an issue with the toilet was reported and that was resolved, this message was left on our voicemail but I am sorry that no one went to check on the internet as we did not get a message for the internet having a problem when you left the voicemail and if you did leave the message then it got misplaced because we have no record of any reports on the internet not working during your stay.
