The 1.5 acre pool complex contains a waterfall, lazy river, water slide, hot spa, two heated pools and broad pool-side tanning decks. Aside from the everyday, all day service, the Club House also offers a restaurant with a poolside porch and bar televising live events through plasma TV’s. The game room includes a variety of games for all ages and the resting area allows internet connection with desktop computers as well a connection for laptop computers. The Heath Center, feet from the pool, contains a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and services such as facials, manicures, spray tanning, pedicures, massages, etc The Surroundings: Regal Palms is centered on many services such as groceries stores, restaurants, parks and shops, among others. Just a walking distance away is a Publix Supermarket, Quiznos Subs, Dollar Store, Liquor Store, Nail Salon and many other practical needs. A couple of miles away are also many Disney attractions such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney and Blizzard Beach. Aside from the daily activities, take a night off in the various Italian, Mexican and Steakhouse restaurants around the area.
This is the 6th time in 9 visits to Florida for February break that we've stayed at Regal Palms. It feels like home to us now. But what we like most of all is that every year there is something new for our family to enjoy. This year, for example, our daughter enjoyed getting her hair done poolside in braids. It did help that it was sunny and in the 80s every day.

The townhome was decent and comfortable for our stay... not luxurious by any means. There were plenty of beds to sleep our group and bathrooms so everyone can get ready early upon waking up. It's a quick 20 minute drive to Disney World.

The six days I stayed at the villa were ok! I had everything I need for not to much money. I traveled with my four kids, my aunt and my cousin. There was plenty of space for all of us. Next time I will plan to stay longer time at the villa to enjoy more the pool, the lazy river and the water slide. My children had a wonderful time there. My aunt and I were cooking for every body and that saved me a lot of money. The only thing i did not like was that, It was located 30-45 minutes from Universal Studios, but you can't have everything, plus I had a van to drive there. Then after a long day at the parks, coming back to the villa, all tired and hungry, It was a plus to get there with home made food and quiet place to rest. I had a very quiet nights in a comfortable bed. One of the nights, my kids left the van's door open wide and my Neighbor two houses down advised me about it, so it was a safe place to be. Definitely, I will book with them again. and I will recommended to everybody to stay at the villa.
Thanks for the nice comments, Regal Palms Resort is located on Highway 27 and not too far from the Interstate 4 junction so unless there was much traffic your travel time to Universal should have been approx 25 minutes not 30-45 so perhaps there were different routes to the parks that you were not aware of and we are sorry for this.
