This is a two story property situated on the popular Tuscan Hills Development, which is conveniently located just off the US192, which is approximately 15 minutes from the Disney attractions. House has five bedrooms, three bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) and a further downstairs cloakroom. Master Bedroom: King size bed, doors to private patio area, 18" flat screen TV, walk in closet. Master Bathroom: Oval tub, single basin, WC, separate shower. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, 18" TV, walk in closet. En-suite: Shower, single basin, WC. Bedroom 3: Full bed, single closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, double closet. TV Bedroom 5: Twin beds, double closet. Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Lounge: 3 seater, 2 x 2 seaters, 30" flat screen TV, DVD player, patio doors to pool area. Dining Area: Seats 6, Kitchen: Bar area with 3 bar stools. Utility room located upstairs. Pool Area: Very large patio area with upgraded tubular plastic patio set. Downstairs Cloakroom.
We very much enjoyed our vacation home in Tuscan Hills and our experience with West Jet Vacations.The house was clean and comfortable and set up beautifully on our arrival. Appreciated the pool towels and toys as we were there with 3 children ages7-12.Disney World only 10 -15 min.away. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not heated on our arrival ,even though I phoned and requested and paid for it 5 days in advance.Only after we spoke with the pool maintenance man and my husband phoned Eagle Management was the pool heat turned on.That was on the 5th day of our 7 day holiday.It made a big difference .and we would have enjoyed the pool so much more if the heat had been on for the whole time
Thanks for the comments and we are happy you enjoyed the community and the home assigned. Pool heating in this community is gas operated and we did have the confirmation that the pool heat was turned on prior to arrival so perhaps something tripped and was re-set when you phoned the office. This is not common and very rarely happens, please do not hesitate to call the office as soon as you notice any issues on your next stay.
I have already told my Co-worker and friends about our wonderful stay in the house that we rented, and that it was a great location, the pool really made it a great vacation for the grandchildren, that ranged in ages from 7YRS old to 17, we hope to rent from you again, in the near future.

I enjoyed pleasant service when I dealt with the management company. The directions to the house were good and I had no issues with obtaining the key to the house. What I liked best was that the house was in a good location. The house was neat & clean. What I liked least was that for a 5 bedroom villa, only 3 rooms had tvs. My biggest disappointments was that on that same night we arrived, one of the toilets overflowed and no one could come out to repair until the next day
Thanks for the nice review and I am sorry about the toilet, we can only attend to major, major emergencies after hours and regular maintenance issues will be attended to the next day.
