Mature gardens and covered entryway lead to a spacious sitting room with recessed alcove area, 3 piece suite, 27" TV, Video/DVD Player and a 3 CD stereo system. The dining area seats 6 and overlooks the patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with utility room and door to garage. The master bedroom has been furnished with dark wood furniture and has a Queen size roll top bed, with doors leading to the pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower cubicle, his and hers vanity units, walk-in closet and separate WC. 2nd bedroom has a full bed and double closet. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. There is a further family bathroom with bath/shower. Sliding doors from the main seating area lead to an extremely spacious, fully screened patio area with pool and spa. The rear of the property benefits from having a fantastic view over a lush area of conservation.

Overall our stay was a disappointment. We were without aC in the 95 plus degree temps for 5 days. Twice we called and finally it was repaired. Eagle Managemant didnt even bother to call and see if we were doing ok. The beds were very uncomfortable and the linens not fresh. The location was good and I must say that the pool was very clean and welcoming.
Just to clarify Eagle Management was in communication with this client via e-mail the entire time they contacted us, we went to the home once and the A/C was at normal temperature and the 2nd time reported there was a problem noticed and A/C tech repaired issue. Mattresses are brand new and sheets are washed every rental guaranteed. We pride ourselves in good customer service and will always attend to issues in a timely manner but things do happen sometime and this A/C did pack up and had to be repaired during guest stay so we understand that was an inconvenience but it was sorted as quickly as possible. It was very nice , relay relaxing to stay in . we all enjoyed the house and where very comfortable , plenty off room which we all liked a lot , very peaceful area which was amazing , loved the pool and the view , looking foreword to staying at a place like that again , cant wait .

Checking into the villa was quite easy. The view and sunset each night was spectacular. the overall cleanliness of the villa was decent, the sheets on the bed and pillow cases still smelled from someone else. I ended up buying laundry detergent to re-wash the sheet and pillow cases. the rest of the villa was very clean and nice. The master bedroom matress was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I ended up takin all the comfortors off the other beds and laying them ontop of the master matress. We got better sleep but I would agree with the woman who gave poor reviews about the matresses in February 2010. They were bad. The couches in the Living room were extremely soft -- too soft. Not comfortable for watching TV during a movie. I would also recommend a TV for the Master bedroom, as after a long day of activity, it would've been nice to lay down in bed to watch TV.

Great place to stay. Liked the location, amenities were great. The only issue that was a problem is that the beds are not the most comfortable. Not that they are in any motel/hotel. Definatly would stay again if and when I would return to Orlando. Thanks for the great vacation.
