Very nice standard home with a double garage and a South facing aspect. Downstairs; There is a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, spacious lounge, master bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom and a further cloakroom. Upstairs;There is a conservatory style seating area, family bathroom, Double bedroom and Twin bedroom. To the rear there is a fully screened-in porch with a heatable pool and spa with planted patio area.

We loved the area - easy access to Disney. Pool was very refreshing but strange being in the open on a corner lot. Mattresses need updating - a little soft. Master Bath was fabulous - loads of room. Upstairs loft area was very comfortable. Kitchen met all our needs. Grocery within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

A very nice and clean home. Pool was fabulous and we had plenty of space for six of us! Customer service was great every time we needed to contact them. The drawback to this house, I have only two complaints - they advertised they are minutes away from Disney, when in fact, it's more like 20 minutes away. Also, we were charged a 129.00 "surprise" fee for insurance and cleaning b/c we stayed less than the 5 day minimum stay. Plus, we cleaned everything in the house - taking trash out, stripping sheets, running dishwasher and loading washer-dryer. So I'm not sure what we paid them to clean exactly :) Other than that, we really enjoyed the home itself and the location worked for us b/c we had a car. I'd recommend it to anyone!
Thanks for the review, anything and everywhere in Central Fl will take you 15-20 minutes depending on the roads you take. From our office to Animal Kingdon which is just a few minutes closer than this home I usually take 15 minutes if there is a lot of traffic so it could be that you went the long way into Disney. All Disney parks and hotels are located in such a large area that it could easily take you the same 20 minutes to go from one park to another. The cleaning is for when you leave as we still have to do a clean even if you did some as well and get the home ready for the next guest. Hope to see you back soon.
well I liked the size of the home but it was decorated to much like a hotel not a house speckle cieling wall papper everywhere and it was peeling in places, dryer broke while we were there hard as can be beds old pool chairs no lock on garage door, very very hot in the house they control the thermostat it suppose to stay between 76-80 and it was on 82 most of the stay if it wasnt for the fans we wud have died it was cooler outside then inside
Thanks for the comments, seems A/C definitely had a problem although we have not gotten any calls from any guests after your stay, it seems to be working OK now, the decoration we have no control over this is one of our standard category homes.
It would be nice if the pool area had some kind of privacy planting around it. It was like sitting in a fish bowl. The landscaping needs alot of work. All the dead stuff around the front entrance makes it look shabby. We liked the area - close to stores, etc. The bedding was not the most comfortable and the pillows need to be replaced at least in the upstairs bedrooms. As far as the master suite goes my father-in-law enjoyed it. The house was quite adequate.

The services we receive were great and the home was in a very good location... not only to all the theme parks, but to everything else like grocery stores and gift shops, etc... We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable... the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary things... What I like the best was that the home felt very homey and welcoming... anyone that would rent this location would appreciate it as much as we did. Looking forward to other vacation rental from you in the near future... I have already started to recommend you to friends and family. Word of mouth is the best recommendation anyone can give. We visited Florida for our grand parents 50th anniversary, so there were about 6 of us total flying out. Renting a house instead of getting a hotel room just seemed more sensible. We didn't have to eat out all the time, there was no noisy guests next door, and we had a private pool. The house was nice, as was the neighborhood. Store's weren't too far off, and orlando was a reasonable drive away. It saved us time money, and the headaches that come with living out of a hotel for 4 or 5 days. Definitly money well spent.
