Chalet style property, North facing. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a KING size bed and patio doors. Master bathroom has shower, 2 basins and separate shower, WC. Bedroom # 2 has Queen bed and double closet. Bedroom # 3 has twin beds and large single closet. Family bath has shower/bath, sink , WC. Lounge has 19" TV, 3 seater and love seat. Dining area seats 6 and breakfast nook seats 4. Kitchen is fully equipped. Screened in pool area at rear, spacious.

The house was clean, but was not equipped at all. There was no dvd, no clock in bedrooms, not enough towels or wash cloths. Did not stay that long at the house, but if we were planning to stay a week or longer it would of been really bad. Also how do you not have a BBQ grill to cook out on. When you stay at a place like that you like to be able to enjoy it. They did not even have a dish rag for the kitchen. Was very disappointed .
Thanks for the comments and we will suggest to the Owner of the home to purchase a DVD player as well as alarm clocks for the rooms. BBQ's are available to rent from our office. Towels should be 2 per person that the home sleeps and wash cloths unforftunately are not provided so what is at the home has been left by other guests. We do have extras at the office that we are happy to drop off complimentary if needed. Homes are equipped by the owners personally so some will have more features than others.
It was wonderful. It was nice to be able to have room for the girls to relax and run around. And a private pool . All for about the same price as a hotel.

I vacationed with my 3 children in florida and I was very impressed with this vacation home. It was neat, clean and well equipped. Everything was in place and well put together. The pool was a delight. I hightly recommend the vacation homes for families.

The house was great! It contained everything that we thought we would need during our stay. The location of the home was quiet and very suitable for a enjoyable vacation. Best of all, there were nice restaurants and shopping areas within a reasonable distance which was a big plus for me. What I liked least was that that there was not free wi-fi!!! Overall it was a great experience for me and my family and we're looking forward to doing it again!!

For future you can request to be allocated in a home with internet although this may be a different category but we definitely have these available and with games rooms, Tv;s in every bedroom, etc. Every home is unique but we can always find you one that suits you best.
Really enjoyed the stay at rent a villa. Easy to do. Close to many shops and restaurants, as well as disney. Recommend to all.

The house was beautiful. The location was far out then expected. I disappointed that no tvs in the bedrooms. Would recommend with info to the location.
Thanks for the comments and I will make a note to let the Owner know that guests would like more TV's in the home. Distance from Disney is about 15 minutes and to Universal between 25-30 but this depends on traffic as well. Hope to see you back.
