If you want to visit the theme parks, Disney is only 15 minutes away. If shopping is your preference Florida Mall and The Mall at Millenia are only 30 minutes away and restaurants are within easy reach of only 5-10 minutes away. If golfing is your passion you are in the right place. Highlands Reserve Golf course is a beautiful 72 hole championship golf course where the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Living area, comfortable big sofas welcome you when you come back from a round of golf. Also the extra comfortable big chair is inviting to relax after a day of golfing or a day in the sun. From the living area you walk outside to the pool area. Kitchen/Dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need. You have a large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. In the cabinets you will find plenty of cutlery and glasses. In the garage there is a BBQ grill available for you. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board/iron.
Overlooking the pool is the dining area where it is lovely to enjoy the delicious food available in Florida. The master bedroom is truly welcoming to our guests. You can also walk out to the pool from the master bedroom. Big walk in closet is spacious and gives our guests plenty of space. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful with a big shower and oval bath. There is a big mirror, dual vanity unit and also a hair dryer. Second bedroom is beautifully decorated with bright colors with a built in wardrobe. In this bedroom there is a double bed. Third bedroom is a twin bedroom also with a built in wardrobe and brightly decorated. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a lovely bathroom with a tub and a shower. I enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Davenport. I have no complaints. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we were near Publix supermarket. Other than the location being far from the events we attended (about 40 minutes away)we had a good time.
Thanks for the comments, Disney;s Animal Kingdom if you take Osceola Parkway is only 15 minutes away, Magic Kingdom is the farthest one and will be around 20 minutes and if you take this same route Osceola Parkway and jump on Interstate 4 East this will take you to Universal Studios in 30 minutes or even less depending on traffic.
The house was wonderful. The home was very clean and like a home away from home. I can't wait to vacation again hopefully the next stay will be longer Very enjoyable nice and comfy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Florida. It was nice to stay in a house with so much room . Everyone had their own space which made our trip so much nicer.
