Living area, comfortable big sofas welcome you when you come back from a round of golf. Also the extra comfortable big chair is inviting to relax after a day of golfing or a day in the sun. From the living area you walk outside to the pool area. Ktichen/Dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need. You have a large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. In the cabinets you will find plenty of cutlery and glasses. In the garage there is a BBQ grill available for you. Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board/iron.

Overlooking the pool is the dining area where it is lovely to enjoy the delicious food available in Florida. The master bedroom is truly welcoming to our guests. You can also walk out to the pool from the master bedroom. Big walk in closet is spacious and gives our guests plenty of space. The en-suite bathroom is beautiful with a big shower and oval bath. There is a big mirror, dual vanity unit and also a hair dryer. Second bedroom is beautifully decorated with bright colors with a built in wardrobe. In this bedroom there is a double bed. Third bedroom is a twin bedroom also with a built in wardrobe and brightly decorated. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a lovely bathroom with a tub and a shower.
