The property is a six room, three bedroom, two full bathroom villa style vacation house in a gated community. The home was found to be in good to very good condition. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a stall shower and soaking tub. This home is supplied with typical kitchen appliances and fixtures. The dining room seats six. The family room has a TV, DVD player and a collection of movies and books. The couch in the living room converts to a bed that sleeps two. The subject has a pool with screened enclosure and covered lanai. The home has a security alarm system. The subject is located approximately 14 miles from Disney World.
I asked to heat the pool before i arraived on monday and the pool was very cold until thursday, you hear the neighboors screaming because the pools are very close to each other, there is no privacy. And the garbage was already full when i arraived.
thanks for the comments, pool heating can be added for an extra charge but like anything it can malfunction at times for different reasons. Even though pool heating is not an emergency we like the guest to call us with any questions or concerns as the pool heat could be working and the guest expects it warmer or it can actually have a fault. If we don't have the opportunity to go to the home and check this while the guest is still at the vacation rental it makes it difficult for us to rectify any issues. vacation rentals are located in residential communities and will be surrounded most time with other homes. we do have vacation rentals with privacy at the pool area and these can be reserved directly through our website.
This rental property was very clean and comfortable...the beds are kinda hard, but hey that's just one traveller's opionion. The house accomodated us very well and we arrived on a rainy night and had no problems following the directions, instructions on how to get to the house etc..The community was very nice, it was quite and it was clean. I would recomend this property to my family and friends. There was no false advertisement and Eagle Management was very diligent and helpful when we had any questions or requirements. Thank you!
