We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the rooms were well sized, and the house was really clean. The linen supply was sparse. For a house that sleeps eight, it would have been nice to have more than two washcloths. The beds need a little care. The frames were very loud and every time my kids rolled over they woke up. I also would have liked for the rental company to send a list of things you may need. Two rolls of toilet paper don't go far and we would have brought more with us so we didn't have to hit the store the first night.

We had a great time at this house. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very nice decorated. The kids enjoyed their own pool. 20 minutes drive to all Disney attractions and we loved being so close to Cracker Barrel.

We were in town for the Worlds Cheerleading Competition. It was a very busy weekend. If we stayed here again, we would probably stay a couple of extra days to enjoy the house more.

It was a great quiet community with everything you needed at your fingertips! The house was clean and comfortable! My only complaint would be to have a computer with access to the internet as everything today is done online so it did make it a little difficult to find things sometimes.

As usual we were very pleased with our unit. This one seemed a little sparse on towels but since the washer and drier is right thier wasn't a problem. I love coming home and not having to do tons of wash. I tell lots of people about the Condo's They are clean Nice and like home except without the cutter.

Home was great and comfortable for everyone. Access to check in and out was conveinent. Loved having the pool for the kids. Overall great value.

I really enjoyed the villa. My daughter especially loved the pool. The house was spacious, very clean and quiet.

This house was very nice and clean. I would def rent the house again. Much better than renting a hotel room. About 10 mins to Disney and 20 to Orlando. Great gated community in good neighborhood.

This villa, was super clean. neighborhood was quiet. everything worked, extra linens in the closet, full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc... the pool is a nice bonus, but for April, the water was still very cold. get heated if you can. would definitely stay there again. drive to theme parks range from 10-25 minutes.

I was nervous about renting a villa, but it was wonderful! Spotless, comfortable, everthing you need in the kitchen plus so much more! Quiet neighborhood with lots of conveniences nearby. A++++

well me & my husband really enjoyed our vacation, but if we took a motel it would have been better for us, i mean we spent good money for renting this villa but the service there was not satisfying 1) each bathroom had only one toilet paper 2) there was no soup for the dishwasher (i mean how do you expect me to use the stuff in the kitchen without washing it) & i think if i didn't they would charge me !!! plus no laundry soup too 3) I had to be charged $25 each week if i want to use the BBQ grill 4) i had to be charged for heating the pool each DAY $30 or $40 (it was march & the wether was so nice, so we thought ok the sun is shine & there is no need to heat the pool , cold water would be cool but we tried putting our feet in the water it was freeeeezing like they had some ice in it) 5) the rules were in every little corner in the villa it was annoying So if i stayed in a motel for few days it would have been better & least i would have service every day.

The communication with the management company was awesome! The home was beautiful & very roomy! Nice quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe in a gated community. Everything possible to do in Orlando is within about 20 minutes. The home is located very conveniently off of I-4 and Route 27, which has everything you need located there! If you are not planning on making a trip to walmart you need to take your own dish/dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. (the only thing I really thought would be here was dish soap)
