TV in every room, screened in full size pool. Master bedroom has King size bed, 13 " TV/DVD, en-suite bathroom has shower, WC, 2 basins. Bedroom # 2 has Full size bed, 13" TV/DVD. Bedroom # 3 has Twin beds, 13" TV/DVD. Family bathroom has shower/bath combination. Spacious living room area with patio doors to pool, 27" TV and DVD Player. Dining area seats 6 and kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 bar stools.

The service we received was top notch. Having the home so close to all attractions made our Disney experience all that much better. The Villa was a hit with everyone in our party, especially with the kids, hitting the pool every day was a must!

We just spent a wonderful couple of days at Davenport. The house was close to Orlando and all parks. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. It's clean and nicely equipped. We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you are planning to visit Orlando. The pool was perfect, cooking equipment ok and also beds and bathrooms were fine. We'll planned to be back an other time. Enjoy.
This property was the second one I stayed in on Tuscan Hills. I was dissappointed with the carpets as they were very dirty in places (it only take to shampoo areas to make it more appealing). I fould there was a serious shortage of bed linen and towels. fortunately there was only two of us, if there were any more we would have had a problem. The washing machine was clogged up with dettergent which I had to clean out.
The carpets have been cleaned, we can only do this twice a year as it is an expense to the Owner of the property, there is enough towels and sheets for the property as missing and damaged linen from previous guests have been replaced. The guest review from Dec 2008 reflects very happy guests with carpets cleaned and a well equipped home.
We shared the villa with our son and his family. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The size was more than adequate for the number of people living in it. We were so satisfied we have reservation for 09. I would highly recommended the villa and I have. Linda Graham
