we do alot of travelling. but was super impressed with the deal we got staying at this property. the villa was a refreshing way to spend our holidays. the villa was nice and clean the pool was great and lots of privacey. before we booked we had read about the lack of privacy. i dont know where this person was but the privacey was great. and we were close enough to all the attractions but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle, we absolutly loved it . we have spread the word around. we will be back next year.if there is heaven on earth this place is it. the weather was extremely warm but we didnt mind it we spent alot of time taken advantage of the pool and comfy patio set,

Arrived late and it was easy to get inside and get settled. The only thing I would suggest is that if the cleaners would like you to run the dishwasher before you leave that they leave some dishwasher soap. A few ammenities like a plunger and some coffee filters would have helped greatly. Instruction on how to use the ice machine would have been nice too. The second room with the queen bed was quite warm at night even though the rest of the house temperature was perfect. Pool was great and clean.

The instant we walked in we felt at home. Everything we needed was right there for us. Close to all the attractions yet nestled away in a quiet gated community! Wish we planned on staying longer and can't wait to come back. Pool was great and the kids actually wanted to stay "home" instead of going out just so they could enjoy the house/pool. Listening to the crickets at night while sitting in the hot tub...nothing better! A full kitchen, laundry, TV, and high speed internet. We couldn't have felt any more at home and comfortable here and we are already planning next year's vacation and hope this home is available!

Upon arriving at the house we found that the yard and home were well kept and the location was easy to find. We were a bit disappointed to find out that this house was on basically the first corner of the complex right as you enter the gates to the community. The loud rowdy neighbors made it difficult for my kids to sleep a couple nights. We had wished that there was a bit more privacy around the pool as many people would walk or drive by and look in. As for the pool, this was the big disappointment. Don't get me wrong the pool and jacuzzi ware beautiful and well kept, just the price to heat the pool was astronomical. I was discussing the heating charges with a friend who lives in the area with a pool more than twice the size and he showed me bills of $140 - $180 a month to heat the pool with gas. Here I was paying over $200 for less than a week and being told that they were just "passing along the actual costs". The house was clean and had just about everything one needs for a week stay, however having a folder/box with local take out menu's would have been very helpful. The only big negative is that this house does not have transitional strips where the flooring changes (carpet to tile etc.) and both my daughter and I got hurt when we stepped on a sightly exposed carpet tacking strip. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I think next time I would look for something with a little more privacy.
Thanks for the comments and letting us know about the carpet strip, we have taken care of this and it no longer has anything exposed. As far as the pool heating prices we do charge $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters and have bills to show that pool heating costs can creep up. We have had bills reaching over $800 in a month for having the pool heat ON. $140-$180 to heat the pool for a month is definitely not correct and someone is not providing real information to you which is why we have to protect the owners property and charge accordingly. We have other homes on our site that will have more privacy in the pool area. Hope to have you back soon.
This is a very nice place to stay, well kept up, all was as promised, great experience. It is out of the main area for attractions so is very quiet. Only bad thing was the drive thru traffic to attractions.

This community is literally 10 minutes West of Animal Kindgom and there are many ways of accessing the parks, Osceola Parkway is the best option as it is a toll road and less traveled. Osceola Parkway will also connect you to 417-Greeneway and Interstate 4 while avoiding the traffic lights on 192/Vine St.
We booked the first time online in Feb 08 we went back again in Sept 08 and plan to go in April 09. Its close to Disney , shopping and restaurants but far enough away from all the hustle & busal to relax and enjoy the sun & best of all your own pool
