The condo was very clean and we had no problems getting in. There was plenty of space for four adults and two children, although one of the beds was a double not a queen. The neighborhood was very nice and we never had any issues. It was about a 25 minutes to Disney without any traffic. There were plenty of restaurants and stores near by. There are no toiletries or cleaning supplies, so you need to bring those with you. Some other reviews had complained about this but it was clearly stated in the check-in documents. We only had one issue with our unit and that was the smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night. Since there are very high ceilings this was not easy to resolve. When we called the emergency line, the lady who answered quickly said she would call maintenance but then call back to say that they didn't answer and we were basically on our own. We eventually went and bought a battery and were able to fix them for the night. Then the next day I spoke with a Jen who assured me that maintenance would go change all the batteries that day and they would reimburse me for the battery. Later that evening the alarms went off again, so the batteries were not changed. After another call someone was sent over immediately to change all the batteries. I have yet to receive my reimbursement.

The home provided the space and amenities that we needed for a very enjoyable vacation. We did pay for the pool to be heated, but were able to only use the jacuzzi 3 times out of our 6 night stay because it would not heat. The pool temp was almost too warm the first 3 days but then by the 4th day was rather chilly. Location was great!! We visited many of the theme parks and happy to be so close to all of them. Will definitely stay in one of these homes again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We visited Orlando with two teens, mostly to visit theme parks and relax. The house was clean and as advertised. It was very nice to have a food pack in the house with staples like bread, coffee and tea, jam, eggs, bacon and sausage, milk and juice. If you had a late arrival there was everything that you needed for breakfast! Very nice touch. Check in was easy as we were given a code for the lock-box as everything had been prepaid. We just drove up to the house and that was it. The house was clean. I did have to call maintenance as there was no ice, but to my embarrassment there is an on/off switch in this freezer that turns on the ice maker. My mistake. The pool was a comfortable heat. It is great to have a washer dryer on site. I was hoping to have a bbq but these are available at an extra charge. Pool heat was expensive too, as the house itself is quite reasonable, but pool heat was an extra $35/day. It was nice to have the pool to come home to after a long day at Disney, tho. There is no wireless internet - I was told that before I arrived - and tho I was told that there is someone on the cul-de-sac that you can tap into, this does not exist. My one complaint is that the club house opens late and closes earlier than I had hoped. I never did get to the gym. Traffic can be heavy and if you timed things right then the trips to Disney are less than 20 minutes. Universal is farther away and could take almost an hour with heavy traffic. Go on the week-end! We would rent here again.

This is a really nice place to stay and the price was really good, it was great to have you own place to stay and cook your own meals instead of eating out.

Unbeknows to me the Eagle Management company switched my reservation and placed me in a different home in the same community. This would not have been an issue as both homes had a pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a similar setup. However, the home I booked 9 months in advance had wireless internet access - this home did not. I needed the access to connect into work as the only reason I was allow a vacation was if I stayed in contact with work. I discovered the incorrect home after we unpacked and while the Mgt company was going to allow me to switch back to that home - what a hassel. The best they could do for me was to give me an additional 5% off my next stay and a late checked. (However, my flight was at 8AM so that did me no good.) I ended up going to the club house 3 out of the 6 days to use their wireless access. Very nice clubhouse in the Tuscon Hill Community. As for the house, it was very clean and the furshings were nice. However, basic supplies were missing that I had in previous homes I have rented. There were no spare rolls of toilet paper. Are two rolls suppose to last a full week? No dish washing soap, no detergent and no bottle opener. I do not ask for alot but these basic items should have been provided. I will expore other Mgt companies for my next trip to Flordia as I was highly disappointed.

Hello My name is Richard, I decided to take my family to Disney to experience Christmas in Orlando for the 1st Time. We stayed at the Tuscan Hills and I must say the house was clean,comfortable and a great place to for me and my family. We were close to a super Walmart which was very convenient to do some shopping and home cooking for the holiday. The location was very Beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay and recommend it to friends. Thanks Again

We had a very nice stay and the place was well kept and very clean. However we were disapointed that there was no internet connection in our unit.

Enjoyed staying at this home. The location provided more privacy when outside and using the pool, but we found it difficult to have the pool/spa temperature regulated. The home was very clean and comfortable, but could have used a game room like the villa we stayed at previously. Overall a great value and a nice place to stay.

This was our third year renting one of these condos, I was so impressed with the cleanliness and conditions, will book again next year, chaz

Excellent place to stay, very good and convenient location with easy access to Disney parks. Will do it again for sure.
