Property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 20" TV/DVD, walk in closet. En-suite: 2 basins, shower, WC. Bedroom 2: Full bed, double closet. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, double closet. Family Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Lounge: Sectional sofa, 30" TV, DVD player. Dining: Seats 6 Kitchen: Bar area with 2 chairs. Utility Room. Single garage. Private pool area with fully screened in pool and jacuzzi.

Unbeknows to me the Eagle Management company switched my reservation and placed me in a different home in the same community. This would not have been an issue as both homes had a pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a similar setup. However, the home I booked 9 months in advance had wireless internet access - this home did not. I needed the access to connect into work as the only reason I was allow a vacation was if I stayed in contact with work. I discovered the incorrect home after we unpacked and while the Mgt company was going to allow me to switch back to that home - what a hassel. The best they could do for me was to give me an additional 5% off my next stay and a late checked. (However, my flight was at 8AM so that did me no good.) I ended up going to the club house 3 out of the 6 days to use their wireless access. Very nice clubhouse in the Tuscon Hill Community. As for the house, it was very clean and the furshings were nice. Thanks for the comments and I am surprised at your review as I personally e-mailed you back and forth after hours and when the office was closed to try and move you back into the home that had internet, as explained before this was an honest mistake and I tried to rectify to the best of my ability even offering an internet signal from another home that you could log into in the unit you ended up staying in. Supplies are not provided as the homes are self catered and I am afraid if you rent with other companies this will be the norm as we only provide the initial toilet paper roll and the guest has to purchase the rest of the supplies as with all self catered homes. We also offered a highchair rental free of charge.
Hello My name is Richard, I decided to take my family to Disney to experience Christmas in Orlando for the 1st Time. We stayed at the Tuscan Hills and I must say the house was clean,comfortable and a great place to for me and my family. We were close to a super Walmart which was very convenient to do some shopping and home cooking for the holiday. The location was very Beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely stay and recommend it to friends. Thanks Again

We had a very nice stay and the place was well kept and very clean. However we were disapointed that there was no internet connection in our unit.

Enjoyed staying at this home. The location provided more privacy when outside and using the pool, but we found it difficult to have the pool/spa temperature regulated. The home was very clean and comfortable, but could have used a game room like the villa we stayed at previously. Overall a great value and a nice place to stay.
We are very happy you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the good comments. we just wanted to say that although the home is not equipped with a games room there is a pool table, airhockey and foozball table that guests can use at the Clubhouse by the entrance of the community as well as tennis courts and sand volleyball, even a fitness room and wireless internet. The Clubhouse facilities are available for all our guests staying in Tuscan Hills. Thanks again and we hope to see you again.
