Second bedroom has Queen size bed and third bedroom consists of 2 Twin beds. Lounge has 3 seater sofa, love seat and chair with 27" TV with DVD/VCR and plenty of movies to watch. This property also has wireless internet access. The lounge also has patio doors to pool screened in full size pool with spa. Gas heated (optional) Courtyard Villa has a single car garage. The house was good, well kept. But we had some problems with the swimming pool. We paid for the pool heating in advance, but the pool was not heated. Inspite of telling the management, nothing was done for 3 days. Finally the fourth day the pool got heated, the kids were very disappointed the first 3 days. We had requested for pool heating in advance, I wish they had made sure that it worked. It ruined our 3 days of vacation.
We have resolved this issue but unfortunately we only know the pool heaters are not working when we turn it on, they have to be serviced by pool heater technicians so we have to depend on them to get parts and repair as quick as possible but the Owners also have to approve the work, etc. Sometimes the repairs are quick and done the same day but this was not the case with this pool heater. We can confirm the pool heater is working at the moment.
Me and my friends stayed there for 7 nights and we really had fun! The only inconveniences were that the sheets the beds were covered with weren't clean I supposed. They had a funny smell. We had to wash everything...it wasn't any trouble but it could've been prevented. Besides that our stay was fun and really wonderful! You really have privacy and I'd recommend it to anyone! I'm definitely going back next summer!
We check the homes prior to arrivals and try to avoid any problems but beds that are already made we would not think of smelling until this guest mentioned it so the arrival inspector has been made aware to check these as well so this does not happen again. Any reports from the guest are always constructive and help us to be a better management company.
