My family & I rented this home for a weeks stay in Orlando July 2011. The home was a disappointment. For example; the microwave-didnt work at all, if you would like to heat your food, you will need to use the oven. the clothes dryer- didnt get clothes dry, after a cycle, they are still damp. The kitchen was ill-equipped to say the least, the most used appliances (can-opener etc) are broken. All doorknobs in the home are loose & rattling, including the front door! There is no ventilation in the garage, so if you would like to play the games in there, you will do so in the sweltering Florida heat. The furniture is main room is run down and sagging, making it difficult for older people to use. The pool lights do not work at all. The pool gate needs replacing, toddlers are easily able to get through it. The walls & doors are dirty & there was nowhere near enough towels & washcloths to go around. The Bottom line is, this home need updating from top to bottom. With so many rentals in the area to choose from, this unit will never again be our choice. It is not up to par and we were Sorely Disappointed.

The place was bid enough for our family ,but the furniture was old and the carpets were dirty. We didn't have hot water the first day, but it was resolved by on the same. That being said it should not have been an issue to begin with. The pool and spa were nice and the heat was worth the extra fee. The cooking utensils were sparse. However this a great for someone with a bigger family than mine.

Apparment was nice,good area privacy was ok. Only wish was that in kitchen must be more tableware, fork, knives etc. Also there was lot rools if something is damaget or out of order. List was long and when you arrived in apparmet it take lot of time to notice if there is something broken. It would be better that eats appartment have own list which incated what is really broken previous customers. Also I have booked free Wifi network but didn?t not get it. Management give me the next door password but singnal was poor.

I rented this home through Orbitz which went fine but Eagle Management did not provide a notification that I had to pre-pay a cleaning and mng. fee prior to obtaining the access code to obtain a key for the property. I called them the day of, for another reason, and they told me this fact. If I had not called my family would have flown from NC to Orlando and not been able to get into the rental. Also the home had very stained bed spreads, mattress covers, carpets and couches. It was definitely a party home that the owners did not put any money into to bring it up to standards.

This house was exactly as pictured on the home away website. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the games in the garage (pool table, foosball and dart board). It was great to have a washer and dryer, we didn't take home very much dirty laundry. The house is very close to a Winn-Dixie grocery and there is a Super Walmart right down the road. It was about 8 miles to get to the Disneyworld Resort area. No interstate driving to get there, only two roads and you are there. We didn't have any problem finding places to eat, there are tons of places within a few miles of the house. For this particular house, the handbook in the house should state that the garbage cans are located on the side of the house. We had a bad experience the first garbage pick up day because according to the handbook the garbage cans are supposed to be in the garage so we put out the garbage and a lot of vultures got into the trash and it was all over the street and yard when we got back to the house that day. I checked with the maintenance people before the next garbage pick up day and they told me where the garbage cans were. I would have never thought to look on the side of the house when the book said they would be in the garage. I would definately recommend this house to others as well as use home away again when going on vacation. Thanks! Lorie B
