Vaulted entryway leads to hall with doors to double garage; bedroom 3 has twin beds and a 20" TV, adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, bedroom 4 has a queen bed with 20" TV; sizeable lounge area with 2 large sofas and an armchair, 32" TV, DVD, Video, stereo, games/TV console, sliding doors to pool area; dining area; fully equipped kitchen; utility room; breakfast nook; master bedroom with Queen bed, stunning en-suite bathroom with garden tub, large shower cubicle, his-n-hers basins, sliding doors to pool area. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed with 27" TV, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower. To the rear there is a fully screened, large patio area with pool and spa.

We loved the house overall. It was clean, decorated nicely, and had a great pool area. The beds on the other hand were another story. We actually went out and bought some egg crates pads to put down. The one bed when you would roll over would have springs popping back up even five mins later. I was truly surprised given how nice the rest of the house was that the beds were that terrible. We've rented other vacation homes in the past and never had an issue so I know its not just us being picky. If they could replace the mattresses I would give it a highly recommend and would consider staying in the house again.

The house was beautiful and the area was fine. But the problem was with the hot tub it could only be hot along with the swimming pool. The hot tub and swimming pool should be on a seperate circuits. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay very much and would consider going back if they solve the problem with the hot tub & pool.
Yes, the hot tub will only heat if the guest has paid for pool heat and will work on a timer otherwise it will still bubble but at regular pool temperatures. They are operated with Gas pool heaters which are connected to both circuits. It is called a Pool Spa because it is not operated as a standing Hot Tub or jacuzzi, it is still enjoyable.
I enjoyed staying at this house. I personally liked not staying in the busiest part of Florida and the drive to the attractions was reasonable. I enjoyed the house, although the beds were a little uncomfortable, I would recommend it and stay there again.
