This is a chalet style property with a single garage and North facing aspect, situated on a wide flared plot. The villa is new construction , newly furnished and very comfortable. Property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, 18" TV, two nightstands, wicker chair and side table. Master Bathroom: Shower, single basin, WC, walk in closet. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, double closet, 18" TV on stand, wicker chair. En-suite: Shower, single basin, WC. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, double closet. Bedroom 4: Twin beds, double closet. Family Bath: Bath/shower, WC, single basin. Lounge: 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, 24" TV, DVD player, radio/tape player, patio doors to pool area, 2 separate wicker chairs. Dining: Seats 6 Fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Patio Area: Tubular plastic patio table and four chairs, child safety screen, loungers, nice sized pool with views overlooking lush conservation to the rear.
Overall the house was nice. Need to be dusted and clean the linen. Was missed informed about the garage and the locations of the trash can

Spent the month in this home. It was very comfortable and the location was good. Only 10-20 minutes from Disney and Universal. All the comforts of home were available, full kitchen etc. The area was nice, close to grocery store, pharmacy and several other small businesses. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and I would definately rent this home again.

House was very clean and very nice had every thing you could need. It was a home away from home . Sadly it was to cold the days we were theyre to use the pool . Very close to disney very close to airport i would stay there and will next year but maybe in the spring time when it is warmer .
we had had unexpected cold fronts but theme parks are always open so just more time for parks and shopping instead of using the pool which is a great feature on warm weather. Thanks for the comments,
